I have been hurt very badly and can't seem to pull up my bootstraps on this one...big messy heartbreak requiring anti-anxiety meds and therapy-haven't had enough of that yet. I still struggle with "is it my fault?" He really hurt me and showed that the promises he made were not valid. I think I fell in love with yet another mirage.

Welcome back Crow I'm sorry you're hurting so much  I know it will ease.. it will, believe it. I'm sure you know this already. I experienced a soul shattering break up within the last two years, and I learnt much from it. I posted this somewhere else actually, but I write poetry sometimes and it helped a great deal to release my emotions onto paper through the experience. As I was pulling up from drowning, I wrote a recovery verse part of it was.. "..I remember the pain but feel it no longer.."  You'll weather it well hun, plus LL is here for support & all the white light you need!
