Hey guys! Ok, I've read about a charkra on the top of your head. Lately, a certain part of the top of my head has been feeling "heated" in on odd way. I don't konw if it's an energy leak or what. Any thoughts?

The crown chakra is located at the top of the head. It's tip extends out into the middle. It is the chakra assosciated with knowing. It is integration between spirituality and personality. It is called the seventh level by some.

When it is really charged your major abilities would be to clearly understand broad concepts about existence, the world around you, nature and life. You will be more creative, you'll have a deeper understanding of higher universal principles such as God.

Think about what you are doing right now. Are you reading metaphysical books that are stimulating your awareness? Praying more? Thinking about something extra deeply? Are you perhaps waking up to something more spiritual in your life?

We allow energy out as well as in it is a constant exchange. Sometimes we become more aware of it. There is always a reason why. If you know where to look, you'll always find it.

Hmm...I just thought about something. It used to be strong where my forehead is. My bf could feel it when it was strong. I'm thinking that maybe my crown chakra was dispalced into the "forehead" (?) chakra, back then, because that's when I was able to "clearly understand broad concepts about existence, the world around [me], nature and life. Is it possible to have a chakra moved down to another one??

Sounds like your "third eye" or "Sixth sense" was stimulated. Did it tickle a bit? This is located in the lower center of your forehead. Between your eyebrows. It's the sixth chakra.
It means to percieve or know. Intuit. Or both sides of the brain working in harmony, creating "Eureka!" moments. Psychic sensitivity. It's associated with the color indigo. I personally place a piece of Lapis Lazuli or Azurite in the middle of my forehead to stimulate the third eye. Should improve visualizations. Amethyst works as well.

Too many courses and seminars I think. The energy can move but the chakra stays in place. Is it slightly
sore to touch?

Thank you Philbird Is indigo dark blue or purple? I remember seeing lots of purplish colors...

Gia-I don't remember if it's a little sore to touch. But I do remember feeling like it was soft electricity when I put my hand over the area and feeling pressure on the top of my head or forehead. I felt like electricy was bouncing between my hand and the area, building up, that I'd get a little dizzy if I kept my hand there long enough tho...

Ok, I felt it happen again last night! This is what was goin on. I felt some kind of energy throughout my body during the later half of the day about. I tried to control this energy because if I flow with it--well that's another story--. At one point, it was uncomfortable to control it and keep it inside my body, cuz I started shaking. When I let the energy go, my body started to get really warm, and I knew that my bf was doing something that he knew I wouldn't appreciate, and I noticed that the energy was at the top of my head again, buzzing. I felt it with my hand pouring out. I stopped shaking after I let go and "knew" of the bad news. And it was confirmed too by me
. But hey, what can you do? I felt it again later that night when i was praying and when I was thinking about prayers....

Hi pisces girl,

The energy movement should be traversing from first chakra to the seventh chakra and then out.

You must medidate 10 minutes every day before day begin so that the energy flow is not blocked but flows in a harmonius way.
When the energy is blocked, it creates problem in the body such as diseases.

Do you have a guru? While meditating, your posture should be spine erect and head too.

Which city are you located. I will let you know the one I attended for 2 days.
It actually dooes not matter which institute you go to. They all concur the same things.

I don't know if the techniques they teach is directly from Amma. That is what the institute claims though. But I when I went thru the exercise, I did feel good. It is really scientific. I am not sure if its divinely inspired though.

i was reading through ur post and well thought i will tell u something new... hope u dont mind.

this is based on new theory. ok..there are 11 chakras. old school said 7 but new school says 11.. but basically it is a addition of chakras. crown chakra is located at the top of ur head and it recieves divine enery as it is connect to divine being. when u mediate the crown chakras gets activated then from crown it activates the other chakras. then there is fore head chakras. below the fore head there is a ajna chakra. so the enegry that u felt was on the frehead chakras. it must have got activated becasue of ur crown chakras. ajna is located between ur two eyes. well..let me not get into all the chakras..but coming to the end...all the forehead and ajna helps in taking care of ur head portion..tht is eyes, nose, mouth, ear, head. when u head pains or any parts of ur head..these chakras gets weak and we heal this part.
