ok..After you read this..please dont lecture me. I already know it was stupid and not healthy and I know every single risk.

ok...Well I got this bad habbit..well couple of them. Since I was a kid, I never ate breakfast. I'm not really sure why. I found gross to eat in the morning. I used to live in Iran, and for breakfast they have bread and feta cheese. And I always thought it was gross so I never ate in the morning. Its not like here where u could have cearele or pancake or whatever. It was bread and cheese.
I used to throw up in the school bus a lot of time cause i got sick of not eating breakfast...etc...
I'm 18 and to this day I still dont eat breakfast. I know thats really bad for you. Usuaully in school, I would starve myself till lunch time. And if my mom made me crap, or if the sandwhich smelled too much I wouldnt eat it. So I would still be hungry till I got home.
I'm starting to break that habbit. I eat cearel when I find time.
Thats actually bad for you too because of the sugar. So I'm trying to get my dad to buy oatmeal instead. And I have fresh fruit.

And I usually eat very healthy. I never have pop..or too much junk food. I eat alot of veggies and fruit.

But latley...for couple months now..eating seems to be work for me.
I get so caught up in what i'm doing..like if im working on a script or i have a million things in my mind to worry bout it...I just dont feel like eating...it seems like a big chour. And somtimes I forget to eat. like when its midnight and im just bout to go to bed, I'm like "oh **** ..i forgot to eat dinner" and I realize im hungry.
and its not good for you to eat dinner so late either. I know that too.

I just dont know what to do...and its starting to have a effect on me. I'm not doing this to loose weight. I dont even give a **** bout that. I've always been happy with it and never thought I was fat. I'm 5'2..105lbs...that weight is fine for my height. And I could eat all the junk food in the world and not gain any cause I dance everyday.

But not eating right, starting to have a effect on me and also not sleeping enough.
There are days where i starved myself till aftertoon and im still not hungry cause my body is gotten used to it..and i feel a litttle when i do eat.
its very stupid I know. So im trying to have healthy snacks and have breakfast to get my body used to that again.
its geting better..
but i dont knwo what else to do.
eating is starting to be like a chour to me.
i dont enjoy it anymore.
I think i have sooo many things to do..and stopping to eat is just a waste of time. but I know if i keep doing this i wont be able to do anything.
I just dont know how to eat healthy and when to eat.

soon...or I'm starting to work on this new diet. by end of the year all I realy want to eat is fruits, vegies, nuts, alot of salmon, water..etc..
I want to cut off meat from my diet.....only thing would be turky...
also i have alot of steam rice in my diet..cause my family is persian..and thats main persian food...i dont know if thats good for you or not..is it?
but i dont know how to start. I want to cut bread out too...or only have brown bread.

I just dont know how to start...or what to really eat for breakfast...
my mom is slowly dying in front of me...shes got problem with her bones and **** ...shes kinda weak.
i dont wanna be like that.
just thinking bout getting old..and getting sick and not being able to do anything freaks me out. I dont wanan end up like that..and i need to change my ways now. I just dont know where to begin.
somtimes i feel a lil weak..or i get headaches (i usually NEVER get headaches).from not eating...
Can someone help me or give me suggestion on how to start eating healthy again.....

I woke up 2am this morning and my stomach was hurting like hell...and i thought i had my period..cause thats usually what happens..i woke up and took the pills for crap and 5 secounds later the pain went away and i havnt had it since......but i didnt have my period...i dont wanna **** my body up...
thats why im writting this..i need some kind of direction

What is wrong with having bread and feta cheese for breakfast? That is how I grew up and I've always loved it.

Hi Virgo,
I don't know if it's the best advice, but my doctor said "Eat when you're hungry, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day is a myth."

Philbird,

I'm afraid I don't agree with your doctor. That's the problem with doctors they are the worst when it comes to their own health.

After the body has fasted for about 12 hours it is dehydrated and blood sugar levels need to be balanced. It's like driving a car without fuel. Damage may not be totally apparent for years, all tissues, organs, bones, need fuel. To say you've no time to eat is beyond silly. You choose not to eat. If you carry on like this, you'll have plenty of time on your hands to think about it later. I'm dead serious.

Habits even bad ones can be broken. Start with things you can nibble or drink on the go. Do you sit on a bus or in a car? Watch television? See friends? Talk on the phone?

Soups are quick and handy, fruit, peanut butter on bread is a good start, nuts, carry water.

Please make time.

I want you to post back and tell me what you've eaten in a day.

I'm half Greek and I have to tell you, I love Feta.

I've never like eating in the morning. Usually, I get up in the afternoon, though, but eating right after I get up makes me feel sick. Food never sounds good to me that soon and when I eat, I feel less energized for the rest of the day.

I've read somewhere that "morning people" are usually hungry when they wake up, but "night people" (like me, I stay up all night and rarely see the morning) are more likely to eat later in their day.

If I start feeling sick from hunger in the morning, and eating sounds gross, I have a large glass of milk because it fills me up without making me feel too full for the rest of the day. If you're concerned about nutrition, I would suggest a Slim-fast, because it provides essential vitamins and minerals. (not to lose weight, just for nutrition)

Oh, I used to be a hard-core dancer and it is VITALLY important to keep your body in shape. I felt a lot of pressure to stay thin, but the more I dieted, the weaker I became and eventually couldn't hold enough stamina to finish my routines with a decent amount of energy. This severly impacted my technique and I had to take a year off to get myself healthy. Please, don't let it get out of control. Find foods that you enjoy eating, that you look forward to eating, instead of limiting yourself. The more you cut back ("oh, I don't eat this and this and this . . .) the more eating seems like a responsibility rather than a natural part of life. Start to enjoy your foods, eat things that you like, instead of things you have programmed your brain into ALLOWING yourself to eat. What do you crave to eat? Cheesecake, strawberries, pickles, sandwhiches?

Slim fast is also full of nasty and harmful chemicals, especially the artificial sweeteners and thickeners.

Gia, You really are really something! I have an idea, why don't you write up a weekly meal plan, that you would follow. That way we would all know we are eating healthy!
(seriously)
