I can't help myself. I need to have a chocalate fix every other day. I need to have either a candy bar, chocalate chip cookies, chocolate milk, donuts, or a chocolate cake. I can't help it, I don't drink coffe, soda, alcohol. I don't do drugs or smoke cigarrettes, but I have to have a piece of chocolate almost every day, or my body just starts itching badly for one, and I swear to god by brain will just be like, "Just one more won't hurt." What the heck should I do, I need to stop craving for chocolate? I put chocolate in my milk every single night, but I make sure I buy the kind with supplements inside the powder. My mother bought candy bars for Halloween, and I'm almost done with the box. What am I going to do with myself?

Chocolate is really good for you! Don't stop eating it... it is full of anti-oxidants.

As a matter of fact, a German insurance just sent out a notice to all their clients advising them to eat chocolate every day because of its health benefits.

Eat up! And don't feel guilty! :-)

Sugar is still sugar, and I think it needs to be taken in moderation. You know?

Try the health food stores, StarLover, for chocolates made with out refined sugars. Some of them are reallly yummy!

And stay away from those artificial sweeteners too...

Take B supplements and don't overdo it. Don't stop just go easy.

Have you been feeling depressed? According to Doreen Virtue PHD...chocolate contains an anti-depressant which is why a lot of people crave it when they are sad. Which is why I tend to crave it around my time of the month because I tend to get depressed around that time...lol. Doreen wrote a book called "Losing your pounds of Pain" and in that book she lists different kinds of cravings and what emotional hold up those cravings are tied to. Its very interesting.

If you're concerned about eating too much sugar, stick to dark bittersweet chocolate containing 70% or more cocoa, and a lot less sugar than traditional chocolate. You need less of it, too, to satisfy your chocolate craving.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm...... chocolate.

Just give in and have a bar of Cadbury's or Hersheys or something. It's all good.

Ever since I've been working and going to school a lot, my energy has required more of a boost, and so I'm doing it with chocolate and red meat.
I also have to eat late at night because I won't get home from work until after 10pm, and it's painful going to school on the same day I'm working. I don't know how some people get through it, but I'm not doing with grace.

I just had vanilla ice cream with cookies, chocolate fudge that hardens, and then whip cream on top. I'm now in heaven. I also had a meatball sub with cheese and marinara sauce, and then took a very long nap. I'm not exactly a health nut here! See what I'm doing, I'm eating lots of cheese, milk, red meat, and chocolate. All the bad fatty foods. Why?

My absolute favorite bad food, is a small-sized linguica pizza that I dunk each slice in honey mustard, where I get at a restuarant in town.

Phoenix Nutritionals do a product called Gluco Balance. If you are taking too much sugar for what ever reason, this product will help balance insulin levels and stop cravings. Good for carb addicts too. It's the best. You'll loose weight if insulin is balanced. That and the B Vitamins I think is a must for us all.

all I can say...is it is very addictive...and it does do something for the brain...a quick fix...but if I stay away from it the intense cravings go away...it's just kind of hard to get to that point of self-control
there are other anti-oxidants
