I know it's because of my weight, I'm so worried, though. Any tips on what'll give me energy?

Get a purple plate! It just works!
I used it ona burn, and it disappeared that day, no blister. I put it under my very small aquarium pillar and it cleared the water to crystal quality and all the algae died, the fish got brighter in colour. My cat sleeps on it sometimes and runs all over the house. I sleep with it under my pillow and remember all my dreams, and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. I live in Northern Europe where there is verylittle sun in December and January and I didn't need to go to the tan bed this year to increase light exposure. I'm happy and full of life and energy and optimism.

I have been really tired too recently marcia. However, eating breakfast (like oats) when you get up and a short burst of exercise (jogging on the spot) will increase energy and metabolism.

Also, try not to eat stodgy foods before bed. I try not to eat after 7pm, although it's difficult because of my hours!

Also, uninterrupted sleep - I wake up so many times per night it's annoying! Hence I feel so fatigued in the morning and would sleep for time if I didn't have to get up.. plus it's freezing outside!

Stop it you temptress!! You're making me dribble!! It's 14:21 and I haven't had breakfast or lunch as yet.. actually this morning was a bit of a blur.. didn't have time for the oats.. although as a horse .. I am more inclined to be partial to oats

Ok maybe a small portion of egg.. bagel..waffles... pancakes *dribbles*.. in the words of our dear NeoKitty.. how small is small and how big is big anyway??

I think I saw a couple places that had them under my LG google search - anybody done the research as to which are cheapest and/or best? Seem expensive to me, as I am kind of a skeptic....

Hi Marcia I wonder if Yerba Mate tea might help you? It perks me up most of the time, without the edginess of regular tea or coffee.
This is the one I use: http://www.guayaki.com/

Next year I think, Red.. when I'm more settled. There's lots going on at the moment with the lease up on the house I'm renting etc.

I'll then consult wise Gia when I'm ready (moderator in this forum)

*EDIT*

Or Sunshyne of course - (the other mod) I just know Gia knew about purple plates before

Hello Knowflakes!

I also have been feeling pretty taxed lately, I don't know exactly why but I've just been sleeping longer and vegging out more. I know in the past, not doing things I really loved or being around positive people has drained me, so we should evaluate that too. Also I had a friend that used ginko baloba (clear mind and energy), and ginseng extracts and boy she was a bundle of Sunshine! What do you think about herbal supplements? Also after working out a few days, I start feeling a def improvement in my energy and I'm a happier person I think I will try my own suggestions, but ironically when your low on energy, its hard to work out
I was looking on purpleplates.com to get a few of them, do you guys think thats a good place to buy them? I'm also waiting to settle in before I get one. My room is big mess right now, so I think I'll clean it up and purify it before I keep my precious purple plate in it..I don't want to lessen it's energy in any way (is that possible?) I remember learning that clutter brings bad energy, and if thats so I may have a few "evil" spirits hiding under the bed

Lets all think like him..

With Love,

Monica*~

Hey Monica, what a lovely name LeoSweetHeart is

Yes you're right - cleansing clutter before obtaining the plates is probably a good idea for the good energies! That's why I'm going to wait until I'm less hectic.

Ginseng extracts are probably a good idea too, although I don't profess to know a great deal on herbal rememdies. I know that when I'm busy, I tend not to take them regularly - which defeats the purpose!

Smiles to you,
S

Hi Sheaa

Yay, I'm glad you like my name

Yeah thats the catch with taking herbals, you've gotta be pretty consistant..not something I'm very good at either. As a Leo, I have little patience for routine and mundane things, so I'll have to find a way to make it fun..hmm. I have a hard enough time remembering my birth control, so imagine me with the little details But the friend that I mentioned swore by them.

But seriously, working out can do wonders, you just have to get yourself motivated to do it, easier said than done sometimes, huh.
You seem really sweet, thanks for that warm welcome, can't wait to get to know you better

Lots of Love,

Monica*~

You're right, working out does do wonders - but it is just doing it! I go through 'stages' my mental on and off exercise mode!

Hey, I'm guessing you're a Leo from your name tag Have you joined the astro course? It's a cool way to know more about your planets! I'm still learning.

Anyhow, see you around LL! (LindaLand)
Love to you

Sheaa yes I am a Leo, you guessed right I just read about the astro class and I wrote a message asking to join! Randall was giving people permission, but how exactly to I access it? If I'm accepted. Sounds like fun, I've always wanted to learn more about astrology. Talk to you soon..

Love,
Monica

This may well sound "weird" to some. But in those rare times I feel low on energy...I did yesterday funnily enough...I think of something very positive and inspiring. Whatever it may be, and something surges and revitalises my energy.
I find negative thoughts/words cause my physical weakness. Which is what happened to me yesterday. I spent hours expressing nothing but negativity and then I felt like I was going to collapse. Then, I did and thought something very positive, not about myself for another person and poof! my energy levels zoomed right back up. Lol...I'm strange I know.

Merlinesque, Yeah thats true I've found I have a lot of energy when I'm happy about something..so I guess trying to stay positive and find inspiring things is a really good way to be more energetic! Great Idea
