hey you all ive recently been experiencing a wild rollercoaster of physical ailments. i know a lot of it is coming from the constant stress and fear that recently worked its way into my mind. ive never been so controlled by negative thoughts, and it's causing a whole onslaught of strange things in my body which makes me worry more, which gets me sicker, etc. anyway, so far, besides being diagnosed with ibs, i've just had a series of phantom pains that i haven't seen the doctor for. first off cause he isn't such a awesome doctor, second because he's misdiagnosed me before and given me medicines that made me sicker, third because even if he does happen to be right this time, i know the medication can have unwanted sideeffects. im struggling to keep a positive state of mind to try to ward off the stress and ailments, but i haven't quite won yet. sorry, i've built all this up over the past few months, had to let it out somehow anyway, i guess what im asking is if color meditations would be safe for me? i was thinking of doing the green color meditation, or purple, but i heard that the color meditations can be so powerful that if you dont do it properly, they can be harmful (???) does anyone know a way i can do it that wont bring any harm, or any other health/healing advice. i feel like im coming to the end of my rope, so any help would be appreciated. lots of love to all of you!IP: Logged |
