I think everyone needs a good complete multi- vitamin and a good complete multi- mineral supplement. You need to take both because there are some vitamins that don't absorb in the system with out minerals and some minerals that need certain vitamins and so forth. I prefer high potency myself. Please read my past posts on supplements for more detailed information.Then if you have other issues to deal with such as anti-aging there are other supplements that can enhance your normal vitamins and minerals. Green foods that are powerful nutribiotics which revitalize cells. Alpha Lipoic acids, DMAE and such likes which increase firmness of the skin and are also great anti-inflammatory and antioxidants. I take all of those.
Tap water is really bad. Though you must drink at least six to eight large glasses of water a day. Your cells require water. Please read my water posts for further info.
Mouth piercings are not good either and can be risky with the type of bacteria that is produced in the mouth. It has been linked to heart disease and immune problems. I guess it's all about choice in the end.
Copper is transdermal and an anti-inflammatory great for joints and also for promoting collagen. Not all copper is alike as machine stamped copper has lost some of it's transdermal ability.. Please google Sergio Lube copper for more info.
