I really love tea. I drink Earl Grey and sometimes English breakfast tea, and white tea. I also live near a Teavana, and I've been wanting to get tea from there for awhile, but I didn't have a strainer. But my second cousin's wife bought me one and a bag of their Caribbean Breeze tea for Easter, so now I'm probably going to drink a lot more tea now .

So, what kind of teas do you love? I'm not too fond of the way white tea tastes, but it's supposed to be great for you, so I've stuck with it.

On an unrelated side note, does anyone get the hysterical giggles when they haven't had any sleep the night before?

Meee tooo!
I just bought some peppermint tea, and camomile tea!!

At the moment I am sipping peppermint tea. (I had indigestion after eating rice for lunch).
It's pretty yummy stuff!

Over-tiredness normally makes me silly,

Now that I'm living in the college dorms, I've found it quite relaxing to sip on tea before bed...my favs so far are Spiced Chai, or a Black Tea/Green Tea blend...
Will keep you updated as I sample more flavors,

I'll have a nice cup of tea in the morning and a nice cup of tea in the day. Normally about 11, my idea of heaven, is a nice cup of tea.

That is actually a tea song I remember from my childhood, although it happens to be true for me too.

I love black and oolong teas, but sometimes I'll drink herbal and fruit also.

In the herbals, I love mint best and in the fruits, orange and clove.

I LOVE tea!

I drink rooibos tea whenever I feel like having something similar to black tea because it has no caffeine and when I put milk in it gives it a vanilla-like flavor. I also drink it with brown sugar. I also drink lots of herbal teas. Mixing is fun. I've found chamomile and lavender are amazing together. Peppermint is good undoubtedly and I've also had some elderberry, elder flowers, rose hips, sage, and much more. There's a shop near where I live that specializes in this. I will say though that it is very important that one becomes educated on the kinds of effects any one kind of herb may have on the body by buying a good book on such information. The reason I say that is because I was drinking sage for a long time and then I read that among other properties, it can keep your body from sweating. Some effects of certain herbs can be damaging to the body when taken in excess amounts. Tea can be really good for you for that reason, but it must be taken with a bit of caution.

I actually had an idea one day to find all the herbs recommended by Linda for the number 8 vibration, my birth number, and to mix them all together to make a SUPER CALMING TEA! Unfortunately, the herbs for 8 people were hard to find for me and I couldn't experience the end result. Anyone is more than welcome to try it out, though, if they can find all or most of the herbs for their vibration. I bought the tonic from the company mentioned in Star Signs and it works very well, but I will find a way to get all the herbs eventually and make a mixed tea out of it.

Peace Profound

I was drinking peppermint tea a lot when I was experiencing heartburn--I refused to take any medicine for it....it really helped. I've never been much of a tea person...always a coffee drinker...but I've done tea for periods of time. I have a friend that raves about licorice spice tea. I saw a program on Hong Kong...and they have teas that go up to $100 a cup. I know a woman that quit drinking coffee and would boil cut up ginger root in water and take it to work in a thermos.
