I'll share a little secret that works everytime!
I suffer from asthma, nasal congestion, and hayfever.
And I found one thing works the best.
All you need is an orange or a lemon (the lemon works best).Then you need to begin to peel the rind off, and if you notice while doing that- that a spray of oils fills the air?
You need to then put you face close as to the part your peeling (keeping eyes CLOSED), and inhale through your nose while you peel.
Do this 3-4 times, and you'll feel a tingle, and then you have relief, everytime. It doesn't hurt or feel uncomfortable, the only thing is that I don't recommend using this if your nose is really red and sensitive (ie. if you've been blowing it all day and it's raw- because it may sting), but normally it's quite a lovely experience. ------------------
