I've always been told to get my iron and eat meat (sick of it) to boost up my hemoglobin levels. But I just found out a few months ago that i've got a mild form of Thalassemia, where one of the hemoglobins chains in red blood cells (RBCs) is in a variant/mutated form. So that means my RBCs carry less oxygen regardless of how much iron I consume.

Im tired alot, although I am hyperactive, and jumping off the walls at other times...my energies change so quickly. I have a few Aries friends that I truly envy, for example, who have an unbounded amount of energy at all hours of the day and night.
How do they do it???

I find that vigorous work outs or playing sports helps me a great deal. But I find them to be too time consuming And hard to do all year round, especially with work and school.

Any tips or insights?

I have been drinking lots of Green tea. It is full of anti-oxidents and is suppose to give you energy. It is worth a try.

I need to develop more of a taste for it. It always tastes better when I get it from Chinese/East Asian restaurants.

I drink black tea with milk and some sugar, but after meals usually. Coffee makes my heart race crazy, and I get too nervous and anxious on it. That is my secret weapon for pulling an all-nighter. Don't want to abuse that one.

Maybe I'll pack myself some green tea for lunch tomorrow. I think I may have some loose leaves around. Do ya think that I may become immune to its effects eventually??

Ummm...sure. hehehe.

I had a little too much caffeine today, well more then I usually take. 1 cup of coffee and 2 cups of green tea. only cuz i was out and working for more then 12 hours.

I just don't like to sleep...can never fit everything I want to do in a day. But when I actually get to sleep, I don't want to get up...I could sleep the whole day.

need to catch some zzzz's now...
