hello friends ,

i wanted to know can we lose the extra fats using the color in our daily life ? is it possible ....... has anyone of u tryed losing weight using color....

i am searching on it if i come to know anything i will let u all know .........

let me know abt u all and is there any site to refer and all

The color spectrum needed to lose weight is the red-gold spectrum.
This means you need to incorporate these colors more in your everyday life.
I havent tried it myself, lacking the coloured bulb at the time, but after about a year or so my weight seemed to be better distibuted, so it seems that just by realising this truth, unconciously you will make the changes needed.

There is a method outlined in star signs.

thanks for it i have brought the book and i got the method also in it i will also u the same method in it it is a 45 days progamme
in it we are suppose to bring the red color glass can u help in it i have a dought it is told 8 to 9 ounce glass what is the measurement for ounce....... into liters coz in india we don't measure in ounce we measure in liters so i am a bit confused .....

9oz = 250 mL approx

because
40 oz = 1L?
So
10 oz = 250 mL approx

250mL = 1/4 Litre.
