I've been reading other articles about plastics, too. I'll see if I can find some...

And if you're still using a Microwave, absolutely keep the plastics out of it.

I have problems with breast cysts (which terrify me) and one doctor mentioned about avoiding the use microwave plastic dishes. Low levels of hormones can be secreted from the plastic when heated. So be sure to place your food in a ceramic dish before heating to reduce this problem. Better yet, get microwave food that comes in paper dishes like the brand Amy's
