OK, this is a rant!!! Stupid day! I'm not asking for an online healing. I have a hernia and the doc. just prescribed a very expensive medication, that I cannot afford! On top of Prilosec and Zanax! Because they didn't work well. Can holistic healers heal this sort of thing? (Gia, I will be working on this myself as well.) I had a really crappy day today! I had to leave Jay home to get himself off to school because I had to leave the house at 3:30am to make a three hour drive to get a gastric emptying test done. They gave me the wrong address! I had already had bloodwork done in another distant town! Both tests and results were supposed to be at the GI Dr.'s office by the time of my 10:15 appt. I get there, had to wait 45 minutes, and the damn tests weren't in! So I paid for an office visit that didn't offer me any more imformation than the last time I was in there! "How's the Prilosec working?" Wish I could get paid big bucks to ask that question! Sooo another three hour treck home. The Nurse promised she'd call me with the results after she received the fax's. She didn't. It's the fifth of the month and 7 of our tenants didn't pay their rent! One lady sent three months rent for her aging mother, the wrong amount. Same said lady paid the wrong amount last month as well! They are starting to take advantage of me, cauz I'm a nice person. That's gonna stop! There were all sorts of other things that led up to this beautiful day! I kept reminding myself I like the color purple! Oh, yeah, I feel CRAPPY! IP: Logged |

Thank you Aen. I can't believe all the modern miracles of medicine cannot find a way to heal a simple hernia! I asked the Dr. if there was anything I could do other than take pills. He said "No." No? Hubby has his operated on...I have a feeling it's my lack of insurance coverage! Those pills cost $190.00 for a months supply! Zelnorm. I read the pamphlet...I am not constipated! It's not gaurenteed to work, and I just think it's an opportunity to push pills! My PCP prescribed (before she knew of the hernia) a medication that would counter act with another med I'm taking! It was also expensive and now I have a full prescription that cost me $30.00 just sitting in my med closet! I'm sorry about the rant, I just feel like the medical profession is becoming a scam, and the way you are treated... IP: Logged |

Gia. I had really wished! Really! But the symptoms started a year before I went on the program. And I saw the pictures of the scope they did. The symptoms did get worse though. After I asked the doc if it's curable by another method than drugs, he said "No." I so wanted to tell him the next time he saw me it would be gone! He was so cocky. I still have a month before I'm at full life force) We'll see. IP: Logged |

Update... I just found out that ginger root may reduce the symptoms related to "stomach" problems, and has other benefits. I checked with my Dr. to see if I can take it with my other meds without contradictions. Yep! If this works, it'll cost about $10.00 a month as apposed to $190.00. IP: Logged |

I treated a woman with Reiki (hands on), she had a fibroid and it disappeared (not saying it was just the reiki). The doctors told her she had to get it removed but she didnt. I still speak to her now and she always says it was after the Reiki that it disappeared. Also you could try homeopathy - good luck, sending healing light to you xxxxIP: Logged |

Send it quick! Hubby is taking me to a restaurant in Mexico. Great place. Shrimp as big as your fist!!! They grind up the herbs for the salsa with a morter and pestle. All the ingrediants are fresh! The atmosphere is fabulous and they pick you up and drop you off at the border, shuttle bus! The guy who drives the bus acted as our translator last time we went. The guacamole dip is made in front of you too! If you ever come down here, two black cats and two white cats, I'll take you there! IP: Logged |
