Here's a great quote from Lynn Grabhorn's book, "Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting." "Every doctor on the face of this planet knows that illness soars once the diagnosis is given." This proves the incredible power of our thoughts and beliefs in affecting our state of health. If you are told you are ill by an authority it only makes you worse. This is because you are now focused on what you don't want, the illness and are now manifesting it instead of health. For optimal health we want to focus on three main areas. Food Intake, Exercise and Mental Diet. If you take great care of these areas, you will have Radiant Health and Happiness. We have to be careful not only of the foods we eat but the thoughts we think. If we are flowing happy thoughts, we are magnetizing ourselves to health as well. But what people of the control-your-thinking-only-school-of- thought don't realize, is that foods contain their own vibrations and by choosing lower vibration cooked foods and dead animal products you are forcing those low vibrations on your physical, mental and spiritual bodies. This is why the yogis had a different diet than the average Indian. They knew of the effects of food on consciousness. We also need to get enough sleep to feel totally refreshed. Get plenty of sunshine and breathe as pure an air supply as possible. ******************************************* http://www.superbeing.com/

Thanks 26T, good article. I eat a lot of raw foods, but I'm not sure I could ever go on an all-raw program. I like pasta and cooked foods too much... IP: Logged |

Hi trill. How are you doing my friend? Hoping everything is going well.I agree, I don't think I could go all-raw either. At least not forever, maybe for short spurts to give the system a break here and there. For cleansing and purifying purposes. And honesly, I dont think people *need* to go all raw. But most could probably uses a few extra helpings of fruits and vegatables. I think your thoughts, surrounding the types of foods you eat, play a huge part in it all as well. IP: Logged |

Oh god, before all of these, i loved pizza and fries and meat--specially steak. And now...I still like them, but not as much. Now, whenever i'm given a pizza, it tastes good at first, then after--I feel sick. And meat too, well, steak. It was so...yucky! Well...just thought I should share this...lolIP: Logged | |
