I have read info out there about healing and visualizing the healing taking place in your body. OK. There is a lot of "white Light" talk. Use, see, feel, empower etc. the white light.
I cannot visualize this. Lets say I want to work on my hernia, heal it myself. I need a picture of what it looks like when you do something like this. Does anyone have pics of what it looks like to visualize this. Are there things you should be thinking? It doesn't have to be a hernia, but an example of a visual healing. They can be drawings or computer generated images. I just can't seem to find a place to start.
Help! Hope I'm making sense!
