I mentioned a cd I got by Paul McKenna, change your life in 7 days, which I found had a very positiive effect on my life. Well I have just got hold of another of his cds called easy weight loss, and no word of a lie guys, my appetite has halved in just one week of listening to it - its amazing.........so if anyone is struggling with losing weight, give it a go, and I would love to hear how you find it? Hi Sue  His book _I Can Make You Thin_ ,which comes with a CD, is not yet available in the U.S. It won't be published here till autumn. But I got it on ebay from someone in the U.K. And I concur. It works. Like magic.  IP: Logged |

The book offers advice on how to eat. And it also offers a technique to battle cravings, and the technique incorporates what seems to be some reflexology.But the true magic is the CD. It's a hypnosis CD that lasts about 26 minutes. I listen to it nearly every day. It's magic.  And his voice is truly very, very sexy. IP: Logged |

Christina, yes, he has other programs for quitting smoking, and generally changing your life. Gia once mentioned that he's quite famous in the U.K. and charges celebrities thousands for a consultation. Physically, as I mentioned in an above post, you can't buy this particular book yet in the U.S., though some of his other material is available here. The book/CD _I Can Make You Thin_ is only available in the U.K. It should be published in the U.S. this fall. So the only way to get it is via the internet, sorry. I got mine on ebay. Wildflowers, listening to the CD helps you reprogram your mind, so that you don't need any appetite suppresants. I am in awe of him. And I think I have a little crush on him. His look put you in mind a bit of Phil Collins, without the chubby cheeks. Hi Sue, yup, lots of his stuff is available in the U.S., but his latest, entitled _I Can Make You Thin_, which includes a hypnosis CD, won't be released in the U.S. till this fall. It's the book/CD I'm using and I love the guy. You may have to query the seller for information about international shipping, though. Paul McKenna claims a 70% success rate, which is quite impressive. I love him too Trillian and I am doing very well with the technique, like you my appetite has really lessened, long may it last. Have you lost much weight with this - I am hoping to shed 20 pounds or so!!! xIP: Logged |

Just noticed this got popped back to the top!I will concur with Sue: Every day, at least at first. Sometimes I only have time to listen every other day, but that seems to be just fine. Eventually I will cut back to every other day, then several times a week. At some point I will listen once a week as a booster. But to begin, listen every day. Paul McKenna is wonderful!
