If you have a chakra too open, how do you balance it out?
Can too open or closed chakras cause physical ailments? Any examples?
Thanks!

A woman named Sonia Choquette has a lot of information on the chakras in her book, "The Psychic Pathway." She mentioned foods to either eat or avoid, among other things, depending on what was out of balance, as well as visualization exercises. I can't remember much of what I read, unfortunately.
She also has a book out called, "True Balance" which I haven't read ~ it's all about the chakras.

"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll
