If you have a chakra too open, how do you balance it out? Can too open or closed chakras cause physical ailments? Any examples? Thanks! IP: Logged |

A woman named Sonia Choquette has a lot of information on the chakras in her book, "The Psychic Pathway." She mentioned foods to either eat or avoid, among other things, depending on what was out of balance, as well as visualization exercises. I can't remember much of what I read, unfortunately. She also has a book out called, "True Balance" which I haven't read ~ it's all about the chakras. Angela IP: Logged |

Hi Philbirdtry this link http://www.ozwicca.com/bal.htm Its about balancing chakras by meditation or sound etc. plus lots more on the rest of the site ------------------ quote: All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibraton. We're all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There's no such thing as death. Life is just a dream. And we are the imagination of ourselves. Bill Hicks.
