Hi guysYesterday I went to see my doctor who treats me for my diabetes, for a check up.
Anyway,he took my blood pressure and he said it was perfect ( don't ask what the reading was, as I have forgotten.)
He asked if I was still taking those tablets he prescribed me on, years ago,for my blood pressure. I said no. He asked " When last did you take them?" I said " I don't know."
I asked him why I was on those tablets in the first place and he answered that high-blood pressure is very bad for a diabetic's kidneys.
I was abit shocked.
Anyway, he didn't put me back on those tablets, as I said before , my pressure is perfect. But he warned that if it is high the next time I see him, he will put me back on those tablets.
Otherwise he is happy about me.
