For what you're learning, the tapes and DVDS are pretty affordable. I don't have to mention my experiences other than the fact that it works, and all you need to know is right on the website. It's a great stress and pain reducer. But let me mention that persistance pays with EFT. It's a great thing to add to your metaphysical tool box. One Reiki Master I've spoken to uses EFT rather than Reiki because of its fast results. She is a very smart Capricorn.

(Neuro Emotional Technique http://www.netmindbody.com/ ) My boyfriends father was the first to introduce this sort of practice to me - and i was blown outta the water with his accuracy and abilities to pick up events that i (or my hunny) have never spoke to him about. Today i have a local Chiropractor that also uses this healng method with me.

Thank you Star Lover, I really like this because I love linking traditional science to "new age", and this seems to do it flawlessly, it also coincides with other types of healing. I will let you know how it works, and I'd love to hear everyone elses experiences too! Yay
