There are lots of healing techniques/tools/teachings. I have included here some links to various healing modalities that I have mentioned in the past. The one I highly recommend is Dr.H be the sensations technique due to it simplicity, effectiveness, easily applying in real time (see notes and links below). The other of interest is Emotrance also due to its simplicity but requires accurate intuition.For other self healing tools, www.healingcodes.com is very powerful and augment well with the above. The Yeun method is also a very effective technique (www.yeunmethod.com ). But to learn it properly requires one to attend workshops. Though one can get a good understanding through the books and audio tapes.

The books has a cookbook approach for different illness. Just noted that I rank healing code and Yuen method higher than pranic healing in terms of effectiveness and the time needed to learn it. However, some people may be some drawn to this method. And also pranic healing in general rank higher than Reiki (I am a Reiki master of 6 different variants). But if you are drawn to Reiki by all means learn it (a link below which will give further links to get free books and attunements to master levels of various Reiki).
True healing also requires the healing of the recontextualisation of one’s perception. I highly recommend Dr. H new book, Truth versus Falsehood (www.veritaspub.com)
A course in miracles also would be great assistance to help shifting one perception. One read a lesson which is a page a day and do the given exercise. The exercise takes 2 minutes to begin with and working up to 15 mins or so a day. It is available for free in

In that same talk, Dr. H which also mentioned about the surrending and be with the sensations technique in regards to weight loss.
Tachyonised tools in particular the opal cells augments well with all the other healing modalities.
Just a note here to say, Tarot card reading in general is not recommend as it has a way of tuning to the lower astral. In general do not be glamourised by one healing power or psychicness when it comes. But rather enjoy it and let it go and not personalized it. Otherwise it stay with you and maybe for many lifetimes. That inhibits one spiritual progression. This comes a higher teaching.

The archival tapes from Dr. H website www.veritaspub.com is particularly useful.
The technique is basically be one with the sensations and not calling it anything (e.g. pain, numbness, burning, stuffy) and labelling it (e.g. a burnt, liver problem), in using it to resolve all sort of diseases, injuries and negative emotions.
And also cancelling negative thought form be saying (make your acupuncture system go strong)

In one of the tape (?Handling Major Crises), he mentioned that he had an accident of sawing his thumb off. Immediately, he apply the technique of be one with the sensations. Because of that only 8 drops of blood comes out and he went though a surgery for his thumb without any anesthetic
And in other (Worry, Fear and Anxiety), he mentioned how applying that technique save his live from bitten by a rattle snake. That is up in the mountain, he went into a hut and came across the snake. He put his foot up and was going to stamp on the snake. Sensing his anger and fear, the snake was about to
strike him. He immediately apply the technique and be with the sensation of fear and not wanting to change anything and let the experience unfold. Through that surrendering, he went into infinite peace and that energy field enveloped both him and the snake - all fear disappeared. Then he feel a love for the snake like a brother. There was a oneness share by him and the snake.
