I also spoke to 2 other women who missed one and the other had hers a week early!!! Anyone - is this to do with planetry activity? Love Sue xx

Mine have been a little off, too. Not sure to what I attribute it, but my thyroid medication may need to be adjusted. IP: Logged |

I am a little bit overdue Also, my PMS is also kinda wacked a bit. Yes, it's usually due to planetary/lunar activity!!! Mostly the moon, though! IP: Logged |

My last period never arrived with its normal flow. Just spotting for 1 day.I'm due again very soon. I'm hoping that it will be normal this time around. ------------------ "...and dreams, don't ever forget, are the first step in manifesting wishes into reality" -Linda Goodman IP: Logged |

I too was off this last month. I spotted for a day or two - then nothing. After being adjusted thru NET at my chiropractor It came right away. Thru NET it showed my hormones were outta balance, but after the adjustment everything was flowing smoothly. My PMS as well has been wickedly strange as well. My breasts were the sorest they have ever been during the month of having nothing. IP: Logged |

LOL BR you are a class act , did you know? Thanks girl, I am two weeks late (Mother of God I dont wanna be a mammy again, just recovering from the first time ha ha). I delight in the fact that I may be approaching the menopause - and when I have gone thro it well, there will be no stopping me then!! That white witch that told me my best years would be between 50 and 60 wasnt jesting, was she? And there was me thinking when you hit 40 you were past it. Ooooooh ladies take heart, it does get better - more empowered, calmer AND sexier (well for me anyway - I am now truly at ease with my Scorpio power, sting and all)!!!!! Thanks ladies and gent!!!! Keep on rocking in the free world! Love Sue xx

My period is almost always on time but as I'm nearing the big 4-0, oh god! did I just reveal that!?!? It seems to be either a few days early or a few days late and when it comes it lasts for about three to four days. I should be getting it any day now. Oh Joy!!!!!!! I usually can tell when its coming the day before because I'll either act really psychotic and weepy or I get really horny! I'll take the horny part thank you very much! Sorry girls, don't mean to be so crude! You know what's interesting? I heard that when we get our periods our testosterone levels rise so women act more like men when it's that time of the month. Isn't that funny?IP: Logged |

So I made the appt with the doc.....bearing in mind I havent been to see her for a long time....I tend to do self healing and have sessions with other healers.I get a 12pm appointment, I get there and OMG the atmos in there is deadly, dont they do that so you feel worse when you get inside their surgery LOL, No air, dreary colours etc.....screamin kids..... 1230 rolls by....still sitting there....talking to a lovely old woman, she admires me clothes.....aahh bless....oohh lovely shawl she says. The clock strikes 1pm, I sigh and shout over to a woman "bloody hell, you'd die before you get to see a doc here wouldnt ya".....she laughs.....there is silence and an uncomfortable feeling of agreement around me, but no one speaks....this is Ireland.....the country of humble folks... "Thats it says I at 1.10pm I am fecking starving,,,,,,going home....on my way out after telling the receptionist I couldnt wait no more (and her looking at me as tho I have lost me marbles)....I promise never to go back to a doctors again.... Still none the wiser guys......menopause.....maybe......I am gonna ask the faeries, they know more and anyway they dont keep you waiting so LONG, nor chanrge so much LOL!!! LOve to all Sue xx

Hey SueG, That seems to be a universal thing that doctors do. You wait and wait and wait... go through a number of magazines then when it is finally your time to see the doctor you wait in another little room. Then the doctor comes in to examine you for a few minutes and is miraculously able to make a diagnosis! Personally I think the medical profession has gotten a bit impersonal you know? I don't blame you for leavin', I'd probably would've done the same too.IP: Logged |

Thanks Moonshine - I decided to be my own doctor, I am gonna send for a kit where you can detect the onset of the menopause, thats all I wanted to know for now. I go to see healers whenI can and am told of my optimum health, so who needs then, and yeah girl they are impersonal, and they think they know evreything to !!!! xxxHi let there b, Yeah its strange girl a lot of people seems to be going thro this ....... ooooh interesting hey? xxxx IP: Logged |

It's not necessarily menopause or peri-menopause.I found out the reason for my missed periods is a small cyst on my left ovary. Nothing to worry about, and no treatment necessary; it will probably right itself. However, should it grow or become painful, a nuisance, etc., I will find a natural healing approach. I am not a big fan of doctors and modern medicine. Sometimes both can be useful for a diagnosis (though obviously not often; their abilities are sorely lacking), and for broken bones, emergencies, etc. Doctors Without Borders do tremendous work, for which they deserve blessings. But I digress. It's always best to hold our healings in our own hands. IP: Logged |

HI TrillianSorry to hear about your cyst. Not long ago I met a woman who had a large fibroid and after 2 Reiki sessions and 2 or 3 absent healings been sent to her it shrunk to half its original size!! It is worth thinking about isnt it girl? Sending love Sue G xxx IP: Logged |

No worries on the cyst, Sue g. I will absolutely consider Reiki if it becomes any worse. You know, I read your story about the Dr.'s office with great interest this morning. Sometimes, the Universe speaks to us so loudly, if we would only listen. Your message was obvious: don't stay at the Dr.'s, or at least that particular Dr. When I headed to NYC recently, I thought, well, I'll look around and feel the vibe, and see if it's a place I'd like to live. The 1st day, I wore sandals I've worn many times before with no problems. But that day...I got blisters. OK--The Universe is saying: don't let your feet get planted here. I got it! But she insisted on one more reminder. On the last night in NY, I opened a door quickly, and as it brushed past my foot, it ripped off an entire toenail. Now, it didn't hurt or bleed a lot, just looked really gross. But in my head I was thinking OK, I GET IT! DON'T LET MY FEET GET PLANTED HERE! We just have to listen. Much love to you. ------------------ The less I seek my source for some definitive, the closer I am to fine. -Indigo Girls IP: Logged |
