I have a question. I get drained sometimes during the day, and I don't want to drink coffee. I thought that perhaps as a healthier alternative I could use green tea, but I have read in this forum that it might not be that good for you after all. About 10 almonds or walnuts gives some protein and your Omega 3 Fatty Acids which really help your mood and brain power....along with a piece of fresh fruit or a little dried fruit.....comes to mind.... IP: Logged |
