I started taking glycosimine about 6 months ago. It has help me tremendously. It is over the counter and natural. It helps to rebuild conective tissue. Give it a try!!!

Love and light to you.

http://www.microdose.com/

geez, I am so sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with rhuematoid arthritis. Check out the above site..............(don't quote me here, but...) I believe there is a connection with your body not being able to produce the amount of cortizone it needs, thus causing inflamation, etc. The key to getting this under control is #1 finding out if there is something in your diet that is causing inflamation #2 getting your cortizone stabilized, which is actually very simple, but it does require you getting to know your body. It becomes simply a matter of when something triggers a flareup, you put the fire out as soon as possible with cortizone. In a normal person this happens naturally, with an arthritic person, he or she may need supplements.
