Well, ok. I only looked at the breathing part, but I'm sure you are right. Yoga with "ambition" would be, I think, an oxymoron. :laughter:

You would be surprised, yoga is another way of identifying "self" for some people. They think they are "cool" if they can stretch deeper. That type of nonsense is physically dangerous for the tendons etc...
