I would stay away from bottom feeders (they eat a lot of stuff you don't want to know about. Also, too much tuna isn't good for you, at least not the kind that comes in little cans , which is meat from tail and fins which are particularly loaded with mercury. Also farmed salmon, only eat the wild kind. All farmed fish I think, are suspicious.

I wonder if the absense of Tuna on the mans list means that men can eat as many ounces of Tuna a week as they like without the dangers?

Most fish is no longer uncontaminated. If you do want to eat fish, some of the best choices are wild Alaskan/Pacific salmon and tilapia.

Personally, I've ditched fish entirely and just get my omega-3's from Carlson Fish Oil (which tastes not bad at all since it is pure).
