It's only been a few weeks, but the college food is making my stomach turn a little. I think because they buy the food in bulk, there is so much sodium and cholesterol, and it's really not healthy at all. I'm also really nervous sometimes, and I can't afford anything accept the college food. I've been surviving off my Purple Plate and Reiki. My stomach is just overwhelmed I guess. What should I do, what should I eat?

I've been told it's nerves, sodium, growing pains, lack of sleep, and my spiritual vibration increasing. I'm still good, but it gets to me a little. I was also extremely early with my period, so my body is adjusting rather awkwardly. What should I do?

Maybe you could keep some fresh fruits, veggies and nuts around for snacking? Shouldn't be too expensive for one person.

Prolly a multivitamin... some extra calcium (since we girls need a lot of it).

Your mind will have a hard time focusing if its not properly nourished.

Lack of nutrition can certainly affect your menses.

Try to avoid white anything. Flour, bread, sugar etc. can be hugely disruptive. Are you aware of sensitivities? Lactose intolerant, celiac, allergies, so forth? If you can eat similar for a few days at a time you could isolate the culprit(S). What is a typical day of college food for you?

health and healing rays,

Aside from the crap food, how's school?

Are you doing the whole dorm living thing?

I hope you're out having some kind of fun.

Aww, sorry to hear Starlover. Sending light to you. I remember first moving into the university dorms years ago and it was like eating at an all-you-can-eat Denny's everyday. Kind of overwhelming.

Do they serve plain pasta or rice? May be a salad bar with fresh fruit? How about whole grain cereals, like Cheerios or Total? I found that sticking with simple food that I used to eat at home worked out pretty well.

Junk food. I've been eating a lot of junk food lately, and I think it's because I don't think about it when I'm ordering it.

Like today, I had microwaveable pizza, I had chicken fajitas with fries. I know, it's really terrible, and it's not like I'm gaining weight, I'm actually underweight.

I live in the dorms. It was perfect timing when I learned Reiki. It has been a load of help for me. It has kept me clear and flowing more so than not. My stomach is okay usually, but then there will be those days. I think it's nerves, but at the same time I think it's a little bit of everything.

I'm loving the dorm life, it can be hard sometimes, but my experience has been positive. I live in the city of Boston. I don't drink alchohol, nor do I go to any frat parties, but because it is the city, there is so much to do besides drinking and partying. There are plenty of clubs to go dancing which I might do eventually.

I have met many people who are like me, and we've hung out a lot. I've also been giving countless tarot readings in my dormroom. My roomate is wonderful, and I feel very lucky to be where I am. My ultimate plan is to find a job as a professional psychic somewhere in the city.

Fabulous profession that is where I am headed at the moment. Something that came to me was Chakras. What methods are you utilizing to maintain balance within your energy centres. My sister had serious stomach issues a while back and when I performed Reiki on her I saw the color yellow surrounding her abdomen. At this time I had not become interested with Chakras. When I did my research it was completely connected. Reiki helped and other insights I provided and now no stomache ailments. If I could recommend any product to assist in huge transformation of the Chakras it would be "The Lost Chord" by Jonathan Goldman or I believe he has three others to compliment. This will also significantly heighten your abilities while keeping centred.

Love and Light,

Ask the food to be blessed by God/Divine Providence will raise the food value. Food that are "negative" will become "Ok". Food that are "ok" will goes higher in value.
