I upset my stomach all the time with stress and fear. I got even colonscopy done, everything is allright, even some Berium too. But the end result is that I stress myself too much. I don't know how to deal with it. The day stress comes and I start getting scared and then I have to spent rest of the day in rest room.IP: Logged |

sVirgoDid you ever try deep breathing.....try this pet right hand on heart chakra, left hand on solar plexus and breathe deeply.....hold the breath for a while and let out SLOWLY.....do this a few times..... Also repeat the word calm, calm.....I am calm. I was at the dentist yestreday....had not been for 4 years (naughty girl) and I was nervous. As I sat in the chair....I chanted in my head....I am not scared, this does not hurt.....over and over....until my body felt like it was melting into the chair...... I came out of their feeling very relaxed and happy with myself!!! It is a constant struggle for some overcoming stress, but with a bit of discipline and awareness it can be done... love to you Sue xxxxxx

Yes, I am better. Though my stomach still gets upset but it's better. I am doing that breathing exercise and solar plexus exercise in the morning. Though I am saying to myself that I am not scared.IP: Logged |

I hope you're feeling better now.If the same problems still persist, I would suggest that you find a talk therapist who's good to work with, or perhaps try CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), or other forms of talk therapy- consult your physician first. IP: Logged |
