If I am really down...I know this sounds crazy...but I will start by doing fake laughter...with or without a mirror...but a mirror(or another person to do it with!) is better! I start by frowning and snarling more and then I switch to a fake chuckle/giggle... and by the time I work myself up to maniacal laughter...I have either broken through the gloomies or I go beyond them and have a damn good purging, all out, cry fest!
IT REALLY DOES CLEAR THINGS!!!!!

I was able to do that.
No sense in crying too long over spilt milk as they say! So one must go on to the WTF..
Then oh well...
and laugh and move on.

I know what you mean girl.....I make myself laugh every day, and sometimes the line between laughter and tears is indeed very fine........

Living in Ireland is very uplifting and the characters you meet here every day would make ye chuckle......hahaha....
