anyone have a visualization for getting the body to burn fat? or to increase metabolism? i vaguely remember the red solarization but i'd like to find a visualization that i can do like reversing the spirals in the cells to slow aging someting like that any ideas? ps hi everyone nice to be posting again

Yes! Visualizations can be very helpful for accomplishing all kinds of goals. Your 2nd and 3rd chakras are the best here. Your navel chakra is your "furnace" that burns calories and helps you move. Try to research and meditate on your navel chakra burning with fire.And don't forget the best way to boost metabolism is by increasing muscle mass through rigorous exercise/cardio/weight trianing and maybe yoga too. Also by eating lots of meals every dya, the more often you eat the higher your metabolism. (small meals of course) I should put an addendum that if you haven't exercised in a long time you should see a doctor before starting and start SLOW with vigorous walking instead of running or weight lifting. The more often you eat the faster your metabolism will become. People who graze are often the thinnest, peopel who eat a huge lunch and dinner (and no breakfast) are often that largest. Try this with your meals: Eat your salad/vegetable/fruit or brown rice first, then eat the rest. Make sure at least half of the size of your meal is in veggies or something high fiber. YOu can still have lots of the foods you like, just make sure every time you eat you include fiber. Carrot sticks, saldas, celery, rasisins, fruit, apples, its all yummy! IP: Logged |
