One of my favs, when I get depressed for no locical reason. The kind that just sort of sneaks up on you; is a combo of Mustard & Mimulus.

When i'm feeling icky, I can't really describe it, it's just an icky feeling in my 2nd chakra area. Maybe it has to do with PMS; I love to take Crab Apple for this.

Rescue Remedy is great to have on hand. I keep that one in my purse. If you feel anxious, or something sudden happens to knock you off your center, then take this one.
