Deleted due to the insensitive statements made by three people who believe all illness and disease and hardship is deserved (oh yeah.....unless it happens to them of course! Then they want pity and understanding and would be very upset if THEY were told they DESERVED IT!) At least one has bemoaned rather profusely their hardships and sufferings to date yet calls judgement upon me????? Freaking double standards!

Hi fayte. I know I owe you an e-mail...Have you considered an alkaline diet? I know most people don't want to hear that because it's "hard," but so many health problems just can't exist in a body that's well balanced. ------------------ Everything feels possible. Drinks lots of water and white and green tea. Ginger in chicken soup..garlic also. The above delete and statement is not directed at you. You have been most kind and understanding. IP: Logged |

fayte Next week I will find you some good links to read a bit about alkalizing the body. But first let's get you off the green tea. We've had some discussions of it here in LL. It's packed with toxic fluoride, which is extremely detrimental to anyone's health. Green tea is just a good marketing campaign, like soy. More soon... ------------------ Everything feels possible. For the IBS, take a Probiotic. Try Jarrow-Dophilus, I like that one the best. Stay away from dairy and sugars except for yoghurt. You can buy plain yoghurt and sweeten it with Stevia or natural sweeteners. Broccoli might be contributing to the IBS. Have you done any research that you might have a systemic yeast/candida infection? The symptoms indicate the same as IBS. What about food allergies? Are you guessing that you have endometriosis or were you diagnosed? None of my business so you don't have to answer. Good luck IP: Logged |

I really think you should use Probiotics for the digestive system disorders. Have you done research on the web? Discontinue using any foods that cause more of the IBS disturbance. For example, I notice whenever I eat pinto beans I get terrible gas, but if I eat black beans, I don't. I know this is embaressing to post, but I don't care. Ha ha Have you gone to a natural healing holisitic Doctor? Well I am just trying to help. Good luck

Wow, Fayte. We must have ordered a round of girly problems! (See Any idea what might be going on with me?) Being that your endometrium is so close to your bowel, I can't imagine you're having much fun these days. Sorry to hear about your trouble. I'm sending healing, white light your way.
On the lighter side... Boy! You wanna hear about some aweful gas?! I had to drink this nasty jizz before my CT scan the other day... Boy oh boy! I was rumbling this apartment all night long. I mean really RUMBLING. I've never experienced gas like that before. It was disgusting, actually. My kids really got a huge kick out of it tho! (Thankfully there was no smell.) IP: Logged |

We tend to be purity freaks and try to cure everything with something taken (or not taken) by mouth. this owes a lot to the specialization in the medical INDUSTRY which I have referred to before. Very rarely will a practitioner prescribe a physical therapy for a digestive disorder, although that is what has the best chance of working. In your case especially, where you used to be so active. You have got to figure out more ways to MOVE. And move your weakest parts all the time, not the stronger ones. Look into polarity therapy.------------------ And I will give thee the treasures of darkness Isiah 45:3 IP: Logged |

Find something that doesn't hurt and move it, even if it is your thumb. Your body will respond to gradual persuasion and you will be able to move a slightly larger area every day. You have concentrated on building strength, now you have to find some flexibility. Put on some music and find a way to dance, if its only with your face. Yes..actually I OVERDO it! I move all I can on my better days(days? actually moments...forgot what a good whole day is about ) but then pay dearly for it afterwards! I have tried not overdoing it....I have tried taking it easy...I have tried moderation...makes no difference. But I am continuing to lose weight. that will help in the long run. HOWEVER..... I am optimistic...Appear to be caused perhaps by radiation therapy(ha..experiments is more like it!) I had for years as a child...and industrial poisoning. Then add injury and other things to the mix and yippie!So..yes..I am moving...even when it hurts...I really did not want to post my ills here...but I figured what they hey.....maybe someone will have some ideas! I really appreciate everyone's suggestions! I am not looking for pity and attention as some folks have accused me! I JUST WANT TO BE SOMEWHAT NORMAL! THANK YOU ALL who have been kind and understanding. I still think you should alter your diet and eliminate foods that are bad for IBS, etc. I still think you should take Probiotics.Drink a lot of H20. I have a TENS unit, I got it 6 years ago from my car accident. I now use it on my lower back, for my sciatica. Good luck IP: Logged |

Oh lovely pinkfairy!I know that works too! Just wish me good luck and good health! Prayers can backfire...do not want those...and I do not trust the concept of light or angels. Something wrong there in my opinion. But good kind wishes and blessing are cool! And God Bless You!
