I managed to reverse wrinkles in my face without any problem. Now I woul like to get rid of my not so good looking vericose vein on my left leg. I do believe that i can do that with my mind without any help of a doctors knife. I would like to make a spontaneous remission. If anyone of you have been able to do that, I would be thankfull if you could let me know.

I managed to reverse my wrinkles, with the thought in the back of my mind that my skin is constantly renewing, wich it does. After just one month, the upper layer of your skin is totaly new. It takes longer for the deeper part of your skin to get new, but it s a true fact that it will sooner or later. When i see a wrinkle showing up, wich normally happends as a sign of tierdness and stress, I really don t like it. I then tell myself that something is not going on right, and that I have to make a change. Maybe it would be to eat better or to sleep more. Normally after I change my bad habit, the wrinkle goes away.

You can not step in to the same flood twice, as it s constantly streaming new water.
This said the greek philosopher Hirakleitos almost 3000 years ago. I m sure he had the human body in the back of his mind.
It s up to you to create something beautifull, and if that for you is a wrinkle free face, then make sure that you get rid of them. Be patient though, as you don t get new over a night.
