I don't drink Goji juice...but I LOVE eating Goji berries....they are dried and absolutely divine!!!
The seeds hold a lot of the nutrients. I chew them well and absorb the vitamin b.
I would eat the whole berry rather than the juice.

I have noticed major improvements, they give me loads of energy and mental alertness.
I like to lay down in the sun, and chew on the berries and go to heaven for a while...tis very nice.

I get them from my health food store.

Here's a bit about where they are grown, I personally enjoy knowing that they are grown at such a high altitude...

quote:

Himalayas ~ The Home of Healing Plants
The Himalayan region has a climatic and geological diversity unlike anywhere else on the planet. As the highest place on earth, no place is closer to the sun than this land of Mount Everest. The fertile valleys of the Himalayas possess a soil that is incredibly rich in minerals upturned from deep within the earth during their formation many, many years ago.

Because of these unique growing conditions, the region supports more than 18,000 species of exotic plants, many of which are found nowhere else in the world.

Even more amazing, the Himalayan people have found healing and health-sustaining properties in more than 8,000 of their native plants. This great wealth of knowledge did not come overnight; it is a tradition that has been nurtured and passed along since the very beginning of human civilization.

And nutrition:

Goji Berries have more beta Carotene than carrots, a superb source of vitamin A, from their unique attractive red color.

Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E. Goji Berries are an excellent anti-oxidant food!

Excellent source of selenium and germanium and have hence been used in a number of clinical trials involving cancer patients.

When given to patients undergoing chemotherapy, the Goji Berries offered significant protection for the liver.

Provide antioxidant protection. In Oriental medicine, they are said to correct chi deficiency, meaning conditions such as low energy, insomnia, heart palpitations, and even anxiety.

Mature fruits contain about 11 mg or iron per 100 grams, beta-sisterol (a very powerful anti-inflammatory agent), linoleic acid (a fatty acid), sesquiterpenoids (cyperone, solavetivone), tetraterpenoids (zeaxanthin, physalin), and betaine (0.1%).
Goji Berries contain polysaccharides which fortify the immune system.

A polysaccharide found in this fruit has been found to be a powerful secretagogue (a substance that stimulates the secretion of rejuvenative human growth hormone by the pituitary gland).
