Oh Sunchild

You poor thing you !!!

I am wondering if its a fibroid.....I treated a woman with Reiki...hers "showed", it manifested in her looking pregnant. After a few sessions of healing it shrunk, but she has recently had surgery to remove gallstones.

I wonder what your doctor will say?

Sending healing and love and that you will be fully recovered real soon.

love
Sue

Oh! Sweetie! I'm sorry to have scared you with my issues.

It could be a cyst. I found this on the net:

quote:
[cervical cysts] are filled with mucous from the glands of the cervix. They can get big enough to be felt as a soft round lump on the cervix with self exam. There is no need for treatment unless the cysts are large in size; then, a laser or freezing probe may be used for treatment. Often cysts go away without any treatment. An exam by a healthcare provider must be done if a cyst is suspected. http://www.uihealthcare.com/topics/womenshealth/wome3254.html

... and this:

quote:
The most common types of cervical cysts are nabothian cysts. These noncancerous cysts result from metaplasia, a normal process in which cervical cells convert from glandular cells that secrete mucus to skin-like (squamous) cells. Sometimes the squamous cells cover unconverted glandular cells and trap their secretions, forming cysts.
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/cervical-cysts/AN00123

Keep in mind, my issue is very rare. Only 120(ish) known cases. You probably don't have what I have.

Keep us posted. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

I, of all people, know how scary an unknown mass growing in your girly region can be.

*hugs*

I grew a large cyst once, and it just bled out with my next period.

I had Mars sq. Mars this week, so it brought one of the worst periods I have ever had since going off of the pill almost a year ago.

*Terrible* cramps, *exhaustion*, *fatigue*, *ravenously starving*, bleh bleh bleh.

I feel so much better today.

By any chance did you have a Mars sq. transit going on?

Sue G ~ I might begin Reiki treatment too, before and after going in for an ultrasound or whatever scan they may do. My bf does Reiki too.

Libra, I do hope it's a cyst, and I also did some research and I either think it could be that or a cervical polyp...it describes my symptoms very well. I think you have to get polyps removed-
Whatever it is I want it out of me!

Thanks Kat, and Nepthys, I haven't checked my transits in sooo long! I should have a look.

I am no Dr. But I have had my share of "female problems"

It doesn't sound so much like a lump but instead swollen. This could be diet. see your Dr.

I'm saying a special little prayer for you

Lalalinda, you are right!!! I went to docs and it was majorly swollen.

I asked if it was my diet (first thing I asked)...he said no, probably I have endometriosis, or something like that...I'm going in for a scan next week end.
I'm SOOOOO relieved, and so is my bf.

SunChild, the person who said you may be going through major detoxing is probably right. You work with healing energies, thus your body is speeding up vibrationally and the cleansing process can sometimes be painful. I feel your pain. What you described is exactly what I often go through too. Light to you.

Thanks all

26~ yes I you're right, I feel that too.
I got my period again today, followed by cramps and all the rest, had to leave work this morning.

But something good happened!
I found a reflexogoly flyer, so in my agony I went to the lady who does it, she gave me $5 consultation, but spent more time with me anyway, she felt the 'hot' spot on my foot that is linked with my reproductive system, so after a few seconds of pressure, she relieved my cramps!
Anyway, I've decided to go see her again, her hands are amazing!
She put her palms up against my feet, I closed my eyes and I felt like there was millions of tiny energy bubbles rushing through me, that's the only way I can decribe it. lol...it was so nice to be on the receiving end!
She is so awesome,a very fine tuned lady! I feel a lot of Reiki energy in her.
I am going to see her next tuesday for an 70 minute appointment.
I feel this will help tremendously!

I never thought of Reflexology before, but it's awesome and I'll let ya'll know of the results.

Awesome!! She sounds heavenly.

I could use a Reiki treatment or massage myself.

Let us know how it goes.

Sunchild, I've been having almost an identical problem. I've recently been off the depo provera shot after being on and off it for about 9 or 10 years. I'm on my 2nd straight month of my period. and I have a lump also on the surface area of where my ovaries are its about the size of a large pea and also numb to the touch, although sometimes the area underneath it gets irritated. Ever since my shot after my last child, three years ago, my reaction to the shot has been totally different and unpleasant with many of the same symptoms you have described, and my sister has also had similar problems with her shot minus the lump. When I had my last pap, 6 months ago, it actually came up irregular and I was supposed to follow up but i didn't. I don't have any insurance for myself and I have the fear a little bit that if something is wrong, the doctors may mess with my natural mental healing process. I can't help to feel a little bit like theres something odd going on with birth control lately since theres been such an uproar about it in the past few years. I hope that you get better and things get easier for you.

Tracy, I hear you.

I know someone, and I'd like you to read her story, I think you need to hear it.
http://p202.ezboard.com/fdepoproverafrm0

Depo Provera nearly killed her, she now advocates the raw food diet because she needed to heal, and she did. She reclaimed her heath and her life. A lot of women discover strange symptoms after being on this drug, some are worse than others, but her story needs to be known by many women who have and are taking this drug.

You can read her full story here, and you will truly be moved. http://www.rawandjuicy.com/shelly.html

Love to you~
