Hi prox!

I didnt find out much about this little ailment I'm having. I'm not going to stress about it though. My friend says I'm probably detoxing. I dont know. I do know that I'm not giving my physical vehicle the care it needs. I dont have an appetite for anything anymore, except reading, if that counts. I feel sick when I eat and have dropped almost thirty pounds in 4 or 5 months. I barely recognize my body somedays. Most of the time I feel great, but others days I feel really weak. I just dont have an appetite anymore. I should be incorperating more raw food in, but it ususally goes bad before I get to it, so I'm eating like crap. And I know better, which is the thing that bothers me most. Should find myself a good multi-vitamin...

Maybe I'm reading too much new-agey stuff. But I read something recently that indicates it's my emotional/etheric body that needs the healing. It's effecting the physical now, so I've got to work it out.

And I think the weight loss is largely due to my job and the constant moving around for 8 - 10 hours a day, burning way more calories than I'm taking in. I'm really burnt out by the end of the work week. The loss of appetite is a mystery though. I read something that made me think I should be asking myself what exactly in my life I'm finding hard to stomach. As I really do believe all dis-ease stems first from the emotional body. A plus to all this is that I seem to be projecting the opposite image than I should be, according to the comments I get from others. I might look great but I know my body is really lacking proper nutrients. I dont think I need to see a doctor, just need to put better things into my body.

Heya 26T, That's cool that you're learning and connecting between your spirituality and the physical body. I'm just saying to that I hope you stay open to seeking a doctor's evaluation, and not close it out completely.
