I did, I really did!As I was shopping around for a new facial exfoliant I came a across a shop called perfect potion, all raw and organic stuff! Of course it appealed to me and I ended up coming home with all sorts of goodies. I don't know if you guys have it in the US but I definitely recommend it! All face cleansers, exfoliants and masks come in a powdered form, and you activate them by mixing it with water, avocado, fruit pulp or anything liquidy or mushy. The ingredients on the exfoliant I currently use are: organic whit rice flour o(ryza sativa), white clay (kaolin), organic elder flowers, organic chamomile flowers, lavender flower oil, sandalwood oil. No chemicals, preservatives, perfumes or colorings. Yummy! IP: Logged |

another good natural cosmetics store is Lush.i have a real thing for their stuff, all of it involves real essential oils and is made by hand. currently digging thier Aqua Marina (kaolin seaweed and stuff cleanser) rose and lavender toner and adore Tramp, one of the shower gels. Its patchouli and oakmoss, and i had a fit when they discontinued it temporarily. Luckily they saw sense, or were harrassed loads by customers, and it came back. They are pretty much worldwide, and some of the stuff can be ordered online. ( The freshly made face masks and stuff all have fast expiry date and arent suitable for mailing.) IP: Logged |

I make a toner that is great & really inexpensive. I brew chamomile & rosemary into a tea with purified or distilled water; then, I add white vinegar & lavendar oil. It works as an astingent/toner, a great final hair rinse & a body deoderant. I don't add any more herbs cuz it will have too much color & stain clothes. I get the herbs in bulk from www.pacificbotanicals.com the oils I get from www.puritan.com ------------------ "For All That Ails Man The Cure Can Be Found In Nature" Dr. Shaklee IP: Logged |

Has anyone ever tried "Bare Essentuals"? I was wondering if those mineral make-ups were really any good. I've seen 1 or 2 other brands as well.IP: Logged |

I am a big bare escentuals fan. I have dry skin-but if I moisturize before using the powder-I am always fine! It really does make you break out less-and looks VERY natural. IP: Logged |
