Hello, all
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post a question of this sort, but I will give it a shot. I'm wondering if anybody has tips/strategies for protecting oneself from unwelcomed intrusions into the mind/spirit. Of course the skeptical side of me thinks that I'm just imagining it all.. but I have been feeling the presence of an EX-lover very strongly, particularly in vulnerable moments such as when I am very sleepy or sensitive. I had a very strong psychic bond with this person, and he was very powerful with this kind of communication, so I know that there is a great possibility that he is consciously or unconsciously attempting to contact me and find things out. I had to cut off all contact with him because I came to the realization that he has a very negative/dark energy at this moment in time, so it is very likely that in his frustration and inability to contact me, he decided to try the psychic path. I am very uncomfortable with this and wish to protect myself (create a wall, barrier) but I do not wish him any harm.
If anybody has good suggestions, please share them!

Hi GirlHow are you (besides yer intrusions)??!! Yes I too have been thro this and find the colour blue very helpful. So surround yerself with an egg shaped blue light ensuring that it extends a couple of feet outside the body. Envisage the egg to be very resilient...so if someone was to touch it, it would feel strong and tough.... Whenever you feel invaded, call on this protection. I also find grounding exercises a good thing to do before and after...an emerald light thro the body into the ground is a good one I was taught... hi sue!! thanks so much for the suggestions, I will try them tonight. I'm doing ok.. have been through some tumultuous times with family and Life in general.. but I am on a new path now, a healthier one, though it is also lonelier.. I might be moving to the U.K. soon which is really exciting, and I have other good things in the works.
Yes, this is the Scorpio. I got involved with him again after the last time I tried to leave and it was a big mistake (maybe I had to do it though?). Things got very bad, but I got out of it relatively unharmed and for good this time. I heard from a mutual friend that he's going back to the U.S. (where he's from) which is a good thing. It is difficult to accept that our paths may never cross again, and that itmay be for the better if that is so, but I feel a strange confidence that I'm doing the right thing. However, I've had some really intense experiences in the last little while where I've felt him..one night it was like he was trying every avenue of contact.. so I was taken on this crazy roller coaster.. first there was an emotional appeal.. then I suddenly felt him in a sexual way (as if he were right beside me!), and so on and every timeI would get lost in the feeling and then I would really struggle to fight him off and control my mind.. keep him away.. I could feel him getting angry and frustrated..it was really crazy and I worried for my sanity and safety.
But I feel strong!! I just need some magical help, I suppose.

Wow, White rabbit-I have been going through the same thing and YES he is a Scorpio. This is an x who periodicaly visits me in all the intense ways you described.I have recently asked my guardian angel to intervene and this has helped to put up some boundaries so he can't just invade my space without my consent.Aparently,these guys, although strong in their pyschic will, are not as all-powerful as they would like to be perceived.
