Acupuncture deals with meridians and energy flow. Also aura scanning? We did that as part of Reiki level 1 but I don't know if that's how it's done everywhere..

I think EFT is good at shaking issues that are hard to reach with intellectual psychology. The actual workings of it are still a bit of a mystery to me, but the results of shifting deep-seated negative beliefs and attacking obsessive/complusive tendencies has worked tremendously.

Sometimes you just know you've done it right because of the overwhelming feeling of relief after tapping away any particular repressed or aggravated emotion.

Its definitely a "try and buy" concept.
