My cellulite is disgusting... I haven't exercised regularly in quite a while so I'm getting back into it now and going to drink lots more water and eat more fruit... this is an addition to all of my usual good diet habits (like lots of fish etc)... in the meantime I actually feel down and depressed about my looks and blobby ugly thighs... it's a shallow thing that I know I shouldn't be focusing on, but I wish I could feel better about it! Any suggestions? White light to make me feel better/less depressed?

Product wise.. the combination of amino acids/antioxidants, carnatine and caffiene work well in about four weeks.... BUT massage is the key.
stimulate the area, get blood and lymph flowing. Keep eating well and excercising.
Antioxidants are great for your whole body..
choose peppers, dark rich fruit ( cherries/blueberries)no refined sugar/flour...
twice a day, massage the area, preferably with a product that helps with cellulite.

Forgive yourself. You can rid yourself of some of it, but some people are just prone to it... no matter how 'skinny' you are.
Walk out of the room backwards when naked.

oh!!! send love to the area, stop focusing on it, hating it.. just do what you can and release it.It takes time to acquire, therefore it takes time to leave. In the meantime, do what you can .
I hear grapefruit essential oil works to add to products to massage.

Yeah, I'm prone to it... thanks for all the advice, I didn't know about all of that stuff. I was going to quit coffee but if caffeine works should I still have one coffee per day? It'll be hard to send love to that area but I'll try! Thank you pixelpixie!

Oh! This is weird... last night as I was falling asleep and thinking about my cellulite thighs, an image popped into my head of a chubby (and kind of bratty-looking!) child being taken down a hospital corridor by two doctors for treatment... it seemed to me that the child was me, and maybe a wish-fulfillment for liposuction! hahaha!

Again, i don't want to sound like a one-trick-pony but have you considered a Vegan diet? I think it's a really universally positive thing. Run up lots of hills + Vegan diet = You happier. Or is that too simple to work??? One thing is for sure, no harm in trying.

I've considered it, and I believe that it is something that's worth the effort - my sister is vegan and I see how much time and effort it takes... I don't think I could do it in one big step. I already don't eat red meat, so that's one small step...
