"It is chronic dehydration that causes the pains and degenerative diseases of the human body." It is clinically and scientifically clear that the human body has many distinct ways of showing its general or local water needs. Depending on where there is water shortage, many localized complications such as asthma are produced. We believe this information has been methodically and fraudulently concealed until now. Over 18 years of research has now revealed a simple natural cure for so many painful and serious health problems. It is called "WATER CURE."

dr. batman's book is wonderful...but i quoted him from the following very nice article ~

Falling in Love with Water...

Here's a treat! A portion of a chapter from my forthcoming Quantum Flow Bioenergetics book...

I have been falling in love with water for the past year and coming home to its incredible powers of healing, age-proofing, meditation and depth. Also for its pliability, programmability and how soft it makes my skin when I drink lots of it. More and more as I up my intake of pure water, interesting things are occuring within my biocircuit. I am increasingly able to think about a thing one moment and it literally appears the next. The time between observing that change is desirable and that change being implemented has shortened dramatically and since I've upped my intake of water, I'm not hungry at all. Dr. Batman [see below] says that most hunger pangs are really signals of thirst. With all this water on board, I'm very hydrated and very full, hence am eating less. I'm losing weight, my skin glows and I've not been sick since upping my intake of water. I feel lighter, cleaner and very, very calm. All in all, a grand and excellent thing.

A Japanese researcher, Dr. Masaru Emoto has been sending out some interesting observations about water in his "Messages From Water" books which interestingly corroborate the properties of water that spiritual practitioners have long worked with. The reviewer from Amazon's website shares these perceptions:

"The Hidden Messages in Water is an eye-opening theory showing how water is deeply connected to people's individual and collective consciousness. Drawing from his own research, scientific researcher, healer, and popular lecturer Dr. Masaru Emoto describes the ability of water to absorb, hold, and even retransmit human feelings and emotions. Using high-speed photography, he found that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward it. Music, visual images, words written on paper, and photographs also have an impact on the crystal structure. Emoto theorizes that since water has the ability to receive a wide range of frequencies, it can also reflect the universe in this manner. He found that water from clear springs and water exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns, while polluted water and water exposed to negative thoughts forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors. Emoto believes that since people are 70 percent water, and the Earth is 70 percent water, we can heal our planet and ourselves by consciously expressing love and goodwill."

This concurrs with current theory about energy therapies and is a perfect compliment to them. Folks have been charging water since Heck was a pup. Baptist and Mormon ministers as well as Shamanic practitioners in my family's line, not to mention Wiccans, Druids and generic Pagans-down-the-block all do this. Water is commonly used as a sacred element in many rituals of healing and sacrament because from ancient times humans knew water had the ability to hold resonance. Spiritual masters of all traditions blessed water to be given to the sick. Since most illnesses have their roots in chronic dehydration, water's ability to heal is not as much of a stretch as it might first appear. And if water were given the added imprint of loving, perfected energy, such as the Hado or "universal" frequency of perfection Dr. Emoto speaks of, such charged water would invite the fibers it hydrates to resonate at that same frequency, as it is absorbed. Reiki is one well-known energy therapy that taps into this universal harmonic, but all energy therapies do, whether they say so or not. I'm no scientist but it makes perfect sense to me. It's sheer magic.

Water Magic

Here is a simple water charging magic that the women of my family use to purify our family's drinking water. This is magic of the holiest sort. Be reverential and hold the water in your hands - you're holding your family's very health in your hands (and your own - you should be drinking your own product). How does this work? You are bringing your intent, or resonance into contact with the main constituent of your physical body, creating sympathetic resonance between both you and it until you both resonate at the Universal Perfection (UP) frequency. This is the magical part and what would magic be without an incantation? Here it is, incant with good cheer as you feel or visualise the container filling with pure white light:

"Pure and perfect creature of water,
I cast out all unclean within you
Let light and love dwell here within
With (Deity's) hand upon it
So it is, blessed be it"
Or words to that effect. You can substitute your Deity of choice or not, as you wish. The point is to raise the vibration of the water if it's polluted, passed through the hands of a negative person (becoming imprinted with negativity) or otherwise contaminated. The goal is to raise the energy frequency to water's most perfect expression. You could also say that you're trying to get water's most basic and pure molecular format, or you could see it as raising water's frequency to that of the mind of God/dess. Simple chants like this are a form of prayer that ask politely for the Divine to cast out any unclean spirits (or pollution, or negative thoughform impressions, etc.) and return the water to it's original pure and perfect state. A simple matter, also easily accomplished with no chant or supplication, just the power of one's focused Intent. Choose your tool, each will get the job done. And when you consume such positively and lovingly charged water, you will notice a wonderful boost of energy and a cleaner feeling to yourself. To get as near perfect as possible before we even get out of the gate, start with water that has already been purified. Advanced Mages will want to go even further and use a pure-sourced water such as Trinity or Evian. Recommendation: Do this little blessing at least once a day, if not more often. Repeat often, as desired and drink deep of health, purity and perfection.

How nice a thing it is to love your family so much that you want them to drink only the best, and that the essential elixir vitæ is both medicament and Wellness Aid Numero Uno. My grandmother Mimi served up water for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a huge blue Delftware pitcher replete with little Dutch boy and windmill. She had a way of brushing the pitcher with her hand before putting it on the table. Her lips would move in the briefest of blessings as she set the pitcher down, and always before the first grabby grandbaby (often me) clapped grubby paws to the drink. I still have that pitcher today and it still radiates the gentle loving my grandmother, then mother, and now myself, put into it. What a sacred treasure!

Speaking of water as a healing potion, an Iranian physician with the rather interesting name of "Dr Batman" has several wonderful books on the subject that quite enlightened me. Dr. Fereydoon Batmangelidj advocates moisture of the purest kind as a panacea - water, and only water as a restorative, antihistamine, anti-cancer agent and a direct counteractant to back pain and obesity. All of these topics caught my eye as I raced with wild abandon through his Water for Health, For Healing, For Life: You're not Sick, You're Thirsty! this month. Dr. Batmangelidj was a doctor in Tehran's notorious Evin prison. Having little else, he began scientific experimentation and effected miraculous cures by giving copious quantities of water, and only water to his patients. His website speaks of this and of collusion between organized medicine and the drug companies to conceal this fact:

"It is chronic dehydration that causes the pains and degenerative diseases of the human body." It is clinically and scientifically clear that the human body has many distinct ways of showing its general or local water needs. Depending on where there is water shortage, many localized complications such as asthma are produced. We believe this information has been methodically and fraudulently concealed until now. Over 18 years of research has now revealed a simple natural cure for so many painful and serious health problems. It is called "WATER CURE."

- Dr. F. Batmangelidj

Isn't that interesting? Please go check out his site and buy a book or two. Very enlightening, particularly combined with the theory about further charging the massive amount of water you NEED to take into your body every day (guess what? those "eight, eight ounce glasses" are just a starting point!) with the positive intent of whatever you need in your life right now. Wouldn't that be an interesting thing to play with? Hmmm... I wonder what that would get me if I did it every day, as many times a day as I filled my glass, for the next year?

May You Never Thirst!

I read this book some time ago and was very impressed. It should be noted that the author is not against the use of salt. People need to stop freaking about salt and realise that, used sensibly, it can help maintain the correct water balance in the body.

yes, i think i recall that dr. batman recommends highly the use of natural sea salt...in fact urges a greater intake of sea salt with an increased intake of water.

good info on salt...original post by 26Taurus ~

http://www.saltworks.us/

Here’s what scientists have found:

1. An eight-year study of a New York City hypertensive population stratified for sodium intake levels found those on low-salt diets had more than four times as many heart attacks as those on normal-sodium diets – the exact opposite of what the “salt hypothesis” would have predicted. (1995)

2. An analysis by NHLBI’s Dr. Cutler of the first six years’ data from the MRFIT database documented no health outcomes benefits of lower-sodium diets. (1997)

3. A ten-year follow-up study to the huge Scottish Heart Health Study found no improved health outcomes for those on low-salt diets. (1997)

4. An analysis of the health outcomes over twenty years from those in the massive US National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES I) documented a 20% greater incidence of heart attacks among those on low-salt diets compared to normal-salt diets (1998)

5. A health outcomes study in Finland, reported to the American Heart Association that no health benefits could be identified and concluded “…our results do not support the recommendations for entire populations to reduce dietary sodium intake to prevent coronary heart disease.” (1998)

6. A further analysis of the MRFIT database, this time using fourteen years’ data, confirmed no improved health benefit from low-sodium diets. Its author conceded that there is "no relationship observed between dietary sodium and mortality." (1999)

7. A study of Americans found that less sodium-dense diets did reduce the cardiovascular mortality of one population sub-set, overweight men – the article reporting the findings did not explain why this obese group actually consumed less sodium than normal-weight individuals in the study. (1999)

8. A Finnish study reported an increase in cardiovascular events for obese men (but not women or normal-weight individuals of either gender) – the article, however, failed to adjust for potassium intake levels which many researchers consider a key associated variable. (2001)

9. In September, 2002, the latest and highest-quality meta-analysis of clinical trials was published in the British Medical Journal confirming earlier meta-analyses' conclusions that significant salt reduction would lead to very small blood pressure changes in sensitive populations and no health benefits. (2002)

Controversy Continues
For many years, the intense public controversy that has characterized the public policy debate over public health nutrition recommendations on salt intake has focused on the wrong question. Medical experts, public health policy-makers – and the public, trying to sort out the issues reading the consumer press – have all focused on the relationship of sodium intake to blood pressure instead of the relevant question of whether changing intake levels of dietary sodium results in improved health outcomes. See, for example, recent Salt Institute comments to the (British) Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition.

There is no evidence that reducing dietary sodium improves the risk for heart attacks or strokes for the general population. In 1999, the Canadian Hypertension Society, the Canadian Coalition for High Blood Pressure Prevention and Control, the Health Canada Laboratory Centre for Disease Control and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada issued a joint statement opposing general recommendations for sodium reduction.

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force has also reviewed the evidence and concluded:
"There is insufficient evidence that, for the general population, reducing dietary sodium intake or increasing dietary intake of iron, beta-carotene, or other antioxidants results in improved health outcomes."

The debate has confused the public. Medical journalists from ABC-TV’s 20/20 to America’s pre-eminent scientific journal, Science, published by the prestigious American Association for the Advancement of Science, have investigated the source of this confusion. The report in Science won author Gary Taubes a top prize from the National Association of Science Writers and has also been translated into French.

Taubes concluded:
“After interviews with some 80 researchers, clinicians, and administrators around the world, it is safe to say that if ever there were a controversy over the interpretation of scientific data, this is it….After decades of intensive research, the apparent benefits of avoiding salt have only diminished. This suggests either that the true benefit has now been revealed and is indeed small or that it is non-existent and researchers believing they have detected such benefits have been deluded by the confounding of other variables.”

The Salt Institute is confident that the higher standards of evidence-based medicine will reduce the ongoing controversy, better inform public policy and reduce consumer confusion. For more information about the importance of evidence-based health, you may wish to visit the Cochrane Collaboration, Oxford University (UK) Centre for Evidence-based Medicine, the Health Information Research Unit (McMaster University) or the Canadian Centres for Health Evidence. Using the latest science, we can create better public health nutrition policy.

Yep I definantely agree with you both on the salt issue.
As long it is sea salt people can stop worrying.
Salt is a great cleanser, also good for teeth and mineralizing us.

Salome and SunChild Thanks for the great articles concerning Dr. Batman. Your Body's Many Cries for Water is the book I have.

You know, I drink at least a gallon of water a day. It does keep your skin well hydrated. I can't attest to the other things, though.

Also, if you can't get sea salt, try canning salt. I read about it in one of Sam Biser's newsletters (he was a follower of Dr. Schulze, but it's my understanding they had some sort of falling out; I don't know the reason). Canning salt has no additives (though yes, it is processed). I was picking up some salt for the kitchenette where I work today, and noticed the box of sea salt in the grocery store had anti-caking additives. I chose the plain canning salt. Of course, the best is they grey sea salt from health food stores. My fave is the Celtic Salt. Yummm.

I don't think we have Celtic Salt here, but I wouldn't touch it if it is from the Irish Sea, the home of radioactive pollution.

where does one find celtic sea salt?

i have extremely limited funds now for things like food....so i went seeking some of the more inexpensive markets today, closer in the depths of the city...

and i found a decent little market...kinda reminded of the smaller sized, very clean, neatly stocked, local marketplaces when i was a child...

the kind of place though that doesn't offer natural sea salt, so thinkin of ms. trillian, i purchased the canning salt instead...

a very nice LL moment.

Do Not Offend Water - It Remembers Every Word You Say

By Vladimir Borovoy
Translated by Anastasia Pulich Pravda.Ru
1-17-06

One day theoretical science will no longer have doubts about water's memory while high tech specialists will be making "water" computers controlled by telepathy

There seemed nothing to be as simple and as well studied in the world of science as water.until recently. The proverbial chemical description, temperature metamorphoses from ice into steam, solvent properties - that is about all. Deeper studies into the Nanoworld are ready to shake faith even in the water's simplicity. Just for one fact that it turns out water has memory and understands human emotions and words.

According to physics that we study at school water does not form any long-lived structures (if there is no other substance taking part in the process). Of course, there is so called hydrogen bond, due to which molecules are joined in chains, but such formations exist a tiny moment of time. Theoretically it means that water is hard to structure: at least all the stories about magnetized water or water that "remembers" substance once dissolved in it have been labeled as asientific for a long time. Nevertheless, it has been several years already since quite serious-minded scientists with the help of ultraprecision instruments began to study the ability of water to form those long-lived structures.

Russian scientists are among the leaders. In 2003 at the Institute of Biomedical Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences Russian scientist Stanislav Zenin upheld a thesis on water's memory. The thesis' author owns a laboratory and studied clathrates, stable compounds (that can live up to several hours!) consisting of 912 water molecules of half-micron or micron in size. You can even see them through the phase-contrast microscope. Clathrates are almost electrically neutral in distilled water. However, Zenin found out that their electroconductivity could be changed. Bonds between the clathrates' elements can be broken with the magnetic stirrer and then water becomes dead and unordered mixture. If a tiny amount (even one molecule) of any other substance is added into water clathrates start "adopting" its electromagnetic properties. In the end Zenin engaged psychics and healers - people who do not enjoy respect in the world of science - in his work on thesis. He found out that some representatives of this dubious occupation can change water's electroconductivity drastically with the power of their thought. Zenin defined water as substance in phase-informative state with a structure suitable for data storage. He called it a biological information tank. He distinguished water's primary and long-term memory. Primary memory becomes apparent after a single impact. It is a reversible change in water's structure and a reflection of the new electromagnetic picture on clathrates' surface. As for the long-term memory, it is a complete transformation of the matrix clathrates' structural elements as a result of long information influence. This means that you do not have to be a psychic to form a certain structure of water. It is enough to pass a certain emotion to water for some period of time.

The same conclusion was made by Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto. He discovered that water can really form ordered structures that turned out to be crystals. Each of them is unique and reflects the electromagnetic properties of water. Microcrystals are studied with the help of photographs. First of all, water drops placed into Petri dishes are quenched for two hours. Then they are placed into special apparatus that is a sort of refrigerator combined with microscope and camera. Here the newly-formed crystals are examined at temperature of 5C below zero. The most characteristic ones are photographed.

Dr. Emoto and his team study water from different sources of the world and also water that was effected by music, image, television, thoughts of a single person and a group of people, prayers, words typed or pronounced in different languages etc. Emoto discovered that there was a significant difference between crystals that listened to Beethoven and heavy-metal. Words "angel" and "devil" form structures that are similar and completely opposite at the same time.

Of course, Dr. Emoto can be also called a person with vivid imagination who uses equipment for purposes that have nothing to do with science. The Japanese scientist thinks that everything in this world possesses common vibration frequency, resonance wave (hado) that is able to transfer human emotions onto all surrounding objects. That is why one has to thank food that he/she eats, avoid negative emotions and pray more often. Such conclusions make scientific community laugh. But that is not always the case. Many researchers show interest in the findings of Dr. Emoto. Some are looking for the ways to transform processes that occur in water under the influence of electromagnetic radiation of the human brain into signals that are comprehensible for computer. In other words, they want to invent a computer that would be operated by thoughts. Others want to teach water storing the binary code. There are also those who try to find out if it is possible to change physical and chemical properties of water for special purposes (for instance, making it viscous in order to cool nuclear reactors with less energy consumption).

Such tendencies can one day result in the situation when theoretical science will no longer have doubts about water's memory while high tech specialists will be making "water" computers controlled by telepathy.

Some time back i amde it a point to drink 2 litres of water everyday.
Then soemone told me or i read soe where i dont exactly remember, that
drinking that much water will unduly pressurise the kideny/bladder and weaken it
it semeed logicla to me as more water means more work for kideny..i may be toattly wrong as only afetr being n health and heeling i ve becoem more knwoledagble in healthmatters
early mroning drinking 8 glases in empty stoamch is great i hear ..
