No.I'm not talking about an alcoholic beverage.I have been drinking lots of Gatorade lately instead soda pop.The results I got were no headaches and I use the bathroom less often.IP: Logged |

Peace~ Yes, Gatorade is great for replacing electrolytes, but I did recently read about how damaging the citrus in it can be to your teeth.Just wanted to share. IP: Logged |

The best natural source of electrolytes is in coconut water!!!Or for a refreshing drink pour a glass of water with a little lemon and a pinch of seasalt. IP: Logged |

I'd rather someone drink alcohol than Gatorade. It's soda pop without the bubbles; sugar water. It's not the citrus in it that's bad for your teeth! There's probably more citrus in Pledge! It's the sugar.I didn't make up the Pledge thing, btw. Tests showed more lemon in Pledge than in a serving of Country Time lemonade. Healthy drink? Pure water. Fruit juice you make yourself. ------------------ Everything feels possible. Perhaps more is possible than we think. -P.H. IP: Logged |

One step at a time...I use to drink pop, now I feel guilty if I even drink soy milk that is sweetened. IP: Logged |
