My stomach produces too many noises when I don't eat and even when I eat. I feel sometimes embarassing and keep saying sorry.
Is there any solution. Please help.

It is going on from years. I have sometimes constipation problem but now this is the new thing added on.

Maybe it has to do with your constant, ongoing and excessive apprehension- you worry too much. In my view, this is very likely a psychosomatic symptom.

Try not to take that as offense, though- we're all sensitive in some way, no matter what our individual sun sign is- and remember, astrology is meant to help us maximize our potential, and minimize our shortcomings- NOT the other way round!

My stomach makes noises at night when I'm lying in bed. I assume that's the time when my stomach is really digesting the night's dinner. I don't know how to fix it, unfortunately!
