I dont think it's important how it affects your hair, but how it affects your body. I have tried those bleaching packages at home many times, and no more for me. My head felt like it was on fire and my head was about to explode. My heart started beating so fast and I was shaking and thought I would faint, it was the worst thing ever. And no wonder. This is only chemicals, directly on your HEAD! Many allergy incidents have been reported and people ending up in hospitals, and in fact, the more you color your hair, the more allergic you become. It smells awful, if I breathe in the smell, I feel like Im choking, its very dangerous to do this. And people put lots directly on their HEAD!?! Its the same thing with hair colors such as brown and red. Last year I colored it black and the smell of hair color was in my hair for many weeks afterwords even if I washed it often. It wouldnt go away, and it gave me headaches and red eyes. It doesnt fry the brain so much, but still it goes into your blood and it is believed to give cancer. Or atleast studies show that women who colored their hair often had more cancer than those who didnt color their hair. I have decided no more hair coloring for me, after lots of bleaching and coloring black and brown in my teens. Because your own true hair color IS the most prettiest and suits your face and skin and colors the best. They have even found out that Henna has a toxic stuff in it that is believed to give cancer. Though I dont remember the name... Dont color your hair

Its sorta hard though coz ive been coloring for ages, and when I dont for awhile, my roots look like crap..Ive done the natural Henna for red hair, but it fades away too fast...my hair is mainly brown/auburnish/red tones...its a mix, its very lovely when its red, I love HENNA! but I dont know how to make it last a long time....i dont know...------------------ "WHATEVER the soul longs for, WILL be attained by the spirit" "Love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation" -Khalil Gibran IP: Logged | |
