Well, my doctor prescribed me anti-depressants. I would describe my depressed feelings as being mild rather than severe, so I'd rather not take any pills because I don't think they really solve the problem.

I've found Bach Flower remedies to be very effective for various things, like Olive for helping me with tiredness and Larch for having a low esteem. Would anyone recommend Bach Flowers for mild depression?

Also, is there anything else I can do that's either free or VERY LOW COST? I'll get some St John's Wort tea, and I walk every day. Anything else?

My boyfriend thinks I should start doing yoga again, although I'm really not very flexible at all at the moment. Does yoga sound like a good idea?

I'm also wondering if anyone out there would be able to send some healing energy to me??

I have heard nothing but positive feedback about Bach Flower Remedies. I have always wanted to try them, but could never afford them. I don't know if I just found the most expensive ones or if they've always cost $1000 or more. I would love to use them in my massage therapy. Would you keep me posted on how well they work for you? Thanks!

*edit I forgot to send you some healing rays. Lots of Love and Light comin' at ya!!

Isnt mustard good for depression?

Heres a link showing all the remedies and how they can help
http://www.bachcentre.com/centre/remedies.htm

They are low in cost....i think around 6 or 7 euros per bottle, I need to start using them again, I usually mix up to 5 in a bottle with some spring water and take 4 or 5 times per day.

I work as a healer and can send you some light energy Gem, do you have a pic posted and if so can you show me where it is..

Oh thank you so much! I'll look into the mustard essence as well - thanks.

There was a pic of me somewhere on the forum but I might have deleted it... the easiest thing for pics is probably my Myspace - http://www.myspace.com/alicatpurr

THANK YOU!

Sue,

When I tried to get to the home page of Nelson, it said server not found. I am very interested. Do you know of any other distributors?

It didn't really mention any physical, only emotional problems. I am having a really rough CFS flair up. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

Olive helps me with fatigue!

I too suffer from CFS, it seems to occur at five year intervals for me. It depends on whether Epstein-Barr Virus is highly active for you - if so, you could try homeopathy for glandular fever. Or if systemic Candida Albicans is behind it, you could try a candida cleanse and/or use Candida 30 C homepathic treatment. Someone also recently suggested tai chi to me, for getting the vital energy flowing around the body. Personally I think my current fatigue is related to the depression, but who knows. I do know that Olive essence lifts it for me. Good luck with this and please let me know if you get any improvement!

You are welcome Gem..thanks for the pic...wow you look stunning!

Phoenix...if you to into google and type bach flower remedies, there are loads of suppliers out there....

There is one that comes to mind other than olive for exhaustion...will go and check and come back to you!!

p.s. Elm is good for people who are overwhelmd by responsiility, so I think that and olive mixed would be good!!!

Thanks, you two! The crown chakra light wasn't intended when I took the pic, but I do subconsciously like it for some reason - so I guess you just pointed out why!

Sue, I'm wondering if you've sent the healing yet? I'm asking because I've started to feel better! It could be just a coincidence or a placebo effect of me expecting to receive the healing, and just feeling good about that - but I noticed I was feeling much more uplifted and I was joking with my flatmate, and then when I went to bed I had energy and didn't want to sleep! And I was giggling to myself about something that someone had said earlier in the day...

Thank you so much Sue, it really worked and it was so amazingly effective! But I've had an upsetting day today... I have had a major argument/upset with my boyfriend this afternoon so this would be a VERY good time for some more healing light if you can do it...

No, I tried fish oil years ago for dry skin though and it made me burp... Now that you suggest it I could maybe increase my dose of Evening Primrose Oil instead?
