Finally I read all your replies to my postings. So instead of answering on my old topics, I would like to answer you here.

First of all, I always consider on this site everyone as my friends. I do take advise and help. There is nothing wrong, if I have any question and I put it here. If anyone is interested with all good meaning, they are welcome to give their truthful opinion.

I do not feel any need to explain you anything about myself, and moreover I did not ask my questions to you directly.

You came yourself to help me to become Vegetarian. I was so enthusiastic yesterday that I cooked few vegetarian dishes so that I will have some fibres this week.
