You don't water a plant only when its drying up and dying.

Likewise, we shouldn't take care of ourselves only when we reach a breaking point of emotional of physical distress.

The body must be maintained through diet, exercise, spiritual practice, every single day. We can't wait until we break down to take care of ourselves.

Don't just think and feel that you love yourself. Show it, make it, do it.
