Lemon Sugar Body Scrub

Hope you like it.

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon canola or olive oil
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons instant coffee or coffee grounds
dash of cinnamon
couple drops of vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together and apply to damp skin in circular motion. Rinse off and you will have tingly, glowing, lovely lovely skin. (It smells fantasic, too!)

Thank you for this recipe! Similar scrubs made with sea salt, white sugar, or brown sugar cost anywhere from $12.00 up to very high prices! i used to make some with sea salt, olive oil, and various good smelling essential oils. Lately I have noticed more and more use various sugars. i was told that the sugar actually has some healing aspects for any small scratches or tears in the skin.
Folks can make your wonderful recipe and store in small canning jars and gift them that way, too!
thank you again...I have never seen this particular recipe and will mix some up tomorrow after I go to the supermarket! i expect that glorious skin you wrote about.

Gooberzlostlovefound! Did some research and realize how clever your recipe is! The brown sugar leaves the best, yummiest scent of the options between salt, oatmeal, and white sugar. The lemon brightens and tightens as well as knocking off any clingy little bacterias. The coffee is what major spas use on spider and varicose veins to get rid of them or lessen their appearance. using the scrub also works on cellulite! Good job, dear one! Love you, Tuxedo MEow
