So I've had the flu for six days. I'm taking 3000mg of vitamin C every day, drinking lots and staying in bed. I'm now at the point now though where enough is enough... what else can I do to get rid of this?

It sounds like you feel a bit better already. Do you take Zinc? That may help.

Oh good idea... I don't take it anymore but I do have some here. I got it for my skin when I was having pimple breakouts. Thanks!

Yeah I'm feeling mostly better but woke up today with a sore chesty cough. I've been sitting here placing my clear quartz on my chest and directing white light through it to my lungs, and amazingly, the cough seems to have subsided!

Now there is just the headache/sinus part to get rid of...

Have you ever tried the product called Airbourne? It tastes like crap but seems to get rid of your illness quicker than just regular remedies. I've taken it before and my flu was cut short from normally 5 days to a mere 2 day.

No, I don't think it's available here - but thanks for the suggestion!

I went out today and got some Kyolic aged garlic and some eucalyptus oil. I seem to be feeling a bit better, although now I've started sneezing! I'll give myself another healing blast with the clear quartz soon too. I'm amazed at the way my lungs cleared up as soon as I did it the last time.
