Hi all,i have participated in one dance program but unfortunately the date of the finale and my periods are same 
i get very bad cramps during my periods, so am planning to take medicine which will bring my menses early, has anyone done this? is it harmful in any way? and will the flow be heavy? pls let me know ur views...

The only way I know of is manipulating birth control pills. If you're on the pill, you would stop taking the white pills early.This is definitely something to discuss with your doctor. IP: Logged |

ALeonine, your menses are ruled by the moon. You may not have time to regulate in this manner..but just in case you can change your cycle by sleeping with the light on... Or if you already sleep with a light on ..turning it off will change your cycle.. Because women usually have there menses at the same moon sign every month get a calender. Keep track of your menses for three months .then check to see when you have you period..A full moon, new moon, gibbous...after you figure out what moon sign??? you can change it if you like..
