Sue G sent me some healing a while ago but unfortunately I don't think she comes here anymore...

I've been having back problems for quite a while now, and although it seems to be improving a lot lately the main problem is now that I'm starting to feel drained and depressed by it. I had an osteopath treatment today that I had a bad reaction to so my doctor said not to get osteopathy anymore (honestly I think all previous osteopathy treatments I received have made a huge difference, but now I have received enough; in fact my intuition told me not to get that treatment today, but I ignored myself and went ahead anyway)... so after that bad experience today (I still have a headache), I'm pretty depressed at what seems to be just another bad thing on top of all the other bad things. I'll get over it, but still. If anyone can send me some light or healing just to make me feel emotionally better, then I would appreciate it!

You got it!

BTW: You really should drink some fresh carrot juice as soon as possible it makes your positive energy stronger I do mean fresh too, not the sort found in your local grocery -but the kind strait out of the juicer, add a dash of parsey n' celery for a better flavor and yes it's actually sweet. Borrow a juicer if you don't already have one.
Trust me, this juice will make you smile all the way on the inside.

Thank you!!! I appreciate that sooo much!

As for the juice, unfortunately I don't have a juicer anymore, but I'll make an effort to go to a juice bar tomorrow and have one of those made for me. Thanks... I'm excited about trying it! Thank you thank you thank you!

btw... just wanted to add, I think my thread and you posting in it came just at the right time - earlier today I'd been wondering about a good way to raise my vibrational frequency (I think the juice will help with that), and tonight I was wondering how I could get rid of my cellulite without doing too much strenuous exercise (back problems are stopping me from doing much - but my physiotherapist will let me know what I can do and when)... and I've just gotten a feeling that the carrot, celery and parsley juice will be a HUGE HELP to that problem! THANK YOU!!!

Also, I'm feeling much better and happier already!!!

I'll be buying some carrots today

Thanks for the tips guys.

This reminds me though, I am having a little issue with pain on my joints, like my fingers and legs, I did hurt myself bad a couple weeks ago while closing the sliding door but that was onely my right hand ,my left hand is also in a bit of discomfort, is not that bad that I can be alarmed by it but it is a concern for sure.
I have also been gaining some weight and not eating right and I know my body tells me right away when things are not right , but this is is kind of a weird sign I think.... why pain on my bones from not eating right? ya know?

Thanks for the help if anyone has a clue!

Maybe you should get blood tests to check for nutrient deficiencies (eg calcium and magnesium). Other than that, it could be a lack of joint lubrication or even a side-effect of being run down? Or maybe you just happened to give yourself a bad jolt all over when you hurt yourself with the door. Always get checked out if you have any concerns, that's what I always say.

I can't afford to go and buy any juices from the juice bar this week. I'll try to next week though.

At the moment I'm having kind of anxieties because of my stupid back problems. The main problem for me right now is that I think the osteopath did something yesterday to upset my nervous system. I had such a reaction in my neck and head that she said I should see my doctor. So I did and he said it was probably a sympathetic nerve response and that it would calm down. So it DID calm down a bit, but now it's the next afternoon and it's flared up a little bit again. I'm drinking chamomile tea and trying to relax but I really don't like it when anything like this happens. I'm never going to an osteopath again. (My mother though, said she gets this kind of thing happening to her with the neck and head ever since she fractured a vertebrae. No doctor has ever done anything about these head symptoms of hers, so I guess it's something you just have to bear!). :-|

I always get myself anxious with imagining worst-case scenarios.

And I'm so disappointed in myself that I didn't follow my intuition yesterday about not going through with the treatment.

Here have some light.

You sound a bit anxious. Perhaps your physical problems are a symptom of a mental anguish? Anxiety can often lead to muscular problems. What if you tried attacking the anxiety first as the source of the problem instead of just treating the pain it causes?

Beautiful BlueRoamer
I completely agree!
The camomile tea is an excellent start too... Do you or have you ever seen a massage therapist? This is another great way to reduce stress. Perhaps you have a friend or family member that's decent with giving a massage?
Warm bubblebaths, soft music, reading or watching something lighthearted and funny.
Go to the park and swing awhile.
Pick some wild flowers, play with an animal,
and sing.
Do what ever it takes to reduce stress factors in your life.

Thank you!

Yes, definitely a bit stressed and anxious over all this. I have a tendency to stress myself out when it comes to physical symptoms and I imagine all sorts of worst-case scenarios, which then makes me worse.

I'm definitely looking at stress factors in general... work, finances, etc. I've also been thinking of starting to get regular massages... my physiotherapist masssaged my upper back muscles last week and it made a huge difference! All the tension released out of them and I was so relaxed. It's time I got more of that on a regular basis!

Thanks so much for your help!!!
